Lissi slowed to a stop, scenting the air halfheartedly. The she wolf expected to smell nothing, but instead, she smelled wolf. She started to limp away from the scent, hoping to avoid conflict.

Dusk paused and sniffed the air, it wasn't a dog, it was a wolf. Still, she wasn't afraid or even cautious and kept walking a few moments later.

Lissi paused again, tired and hungry from her travels that day. She sat, waiting for the other wolf to catch up to her.

Dusk saw the wolf and walked up to her casually even though the wolf was larger than she was, and probably stronger.

Lissi scented the wolf and looked up, seeing her. "Who are you?"

"My name is Dusk," She said calmly. "And you are...?"

Lissi looked at Dusk searchingly. Deciding that Dusk was safe, she replied. "I am Lissi."

"Hello," she said. Looking around for any signs of other wolves she asked, "do you have a pack?"

Lissi shook her head slowly. "I don't know if any pack would accept me."

[~Fading Echo~]

"Your welcome to share my prey then," she offered and retrieved the rabbit. "I'm not allowed in any packs," Dusk seemed annoyed.
