"I don't care!" I growled. "I'm so hungry i'll eat glass, even if it cuts my mouth open!" I stepped nearer to the glass, showing I wasn't kidding.

Willow said nothing at first. "I was abandoned," she said simply, knowing it was obvious. "And I haven't been able to find anything to eat or drink," she added. Her hushed tone was now scratchy like sandpaper. I'm so pathetic, she thought miserably.

The young pup looked apologetically at Teacup from the corner of her cerulean eyes. She hadn't known there was another dog here. She understood how it was to survive here; maybe easier as an adult but still hard. Naturally given the traits of a leader, she felt guilty when she couldn't help a situation. "Is there anyway I can help?" she asked, a whine in her voice.

[Sadies]

Teacup looked at Willow as she spoke again. "It might be hard for me to find food" he admitted. "And bring water" he added while glancing around at the surroundings to momantarily see what he could spot in the rubble. He looked over at the pup again then back at Willow.

She gave a sigh. "I know," she whimpered. "But I appreciate that you are trying to help," she added. She didn't want them to think their efforts were in vain. She looked at the little puppy. "What is your name?" she asked her.

Phoebe smiled when she was appreciated. My name? she thought. So much had happened that she didn't have time to remember her name. She hesitated, then thought back. "I'm... Phoebe," she said, then her tone turned to a lecturing one, imitating her mother, "It means bright and pure."

But if you do manage to be on me friends list I will act goofy and puppy-like. I am definetly a puppy by heart! I'm also very fast and agile. I also like to climb trees! Though, I'm not the best...
