[ the fears that once controlled me can't get to me at all. ]

Phoebe whimpered as she found a trash can. The smell made her stomach twist more than it already was; but to her hungered self it was still fuel. The young pup used the rest of her energy to ram into the trash bin and it started to tip. She placed two paws on it and helped it fall.

The food was horrible for a pup at her age. They were just scraps; picked off by other dogs trying to survive. She nosed through everything, and found some decent pancakes, uneaten. She excitedly grabbed the two and slipped off. Why is such a young pup fending for herself? She wouldn't be alone, had it not been for the murderous, hungry strays. Her mother had been killed over a scrap of food by a large dog, and Phoebe doesn't know where her brother went. The sight of dogs caught her eye. It made her feel bad; if she left now, another dog could die if she left. A life. If she gave her one of her pancakes, it'd save a dog and she'd still eat.

Phoebe sighed and set down a pancake by the mutt.[Willow.] There was another dog beside her, but it didn't seem as desperate.

[wandzie.]

Pal

I sniffed a dog near me... There was a very small hole, I usually wouldn't be able to fit in there, but I smelt food and a dog. I was so skinny I slipped through the hole, seeing a female dog drinking some water. I growled, hoping she'd go and let ME drink there, I was parched.

[Levina]

I saw the dog growling i snarled and looked him in the eye showing i was't weak, and not worth fighting. I didn't take my eye off him one wrong move and i could be dead

just going out, will start my part in like an hour

Willow's ears perked. The sound of glass breaking resounded in the distance. She wondered what it was, but she couldn't go off to investigate. Then another dog approached her. Much to her surprise, it was a puppy, a very young one as well. Her eyes widened slightly.

Within the jaws of the pup was a pancake. Then the pancake was dropped near Willow's paws. At first, the mutt hesitated. Was it an accidental drop? But she knew that the pancake was given specifically to her. She ravenously devoured the pancake within seconds. When she finished, she swiped her tongue over her muzzle. Finally, food. Of course, it didn't make up for all of the days she had gone without eating, but food was food. She was filled with gratitude. "Thank you so very much," she murmured appreciatively.

[Sadies]

Teacup jumped a little when a sound from inside a shop startled him. He looked over and presumed the building was falling down, he had witnessed it before. He looked back over at the collapsed dog again as she lifted her head. "Are you okay?" he asked, not answering her question as he saw it as unimportant at that moment. He didn't understand how bad it was for dogs on the streets as he been a pet before, and he was especially unaware how bad it must be for being a larger dog as they need to eat and drink much more than he did.

As a pancake appeared beside him, he looked over and up high to see another dog stood next to him. He tilted his head at her but said nothing, he didn't know what to say.

I snarled. The cheek of her snarling at me! I looked deep into her eyes, she was hurt, and homeless just like me. I angrily growled. "Go away, NOW or I WILL kill you."

Opal stood her ground not showing signs of moving ''I shan't and wasting your energy on killing me wont help you at all there's no food here i checked only broken glasses and water and that's not going to help put calories on them bones of yours'' she snapped at him

"Not really," Willow replied to his question, her voice now hushed from her throat. She wasn't used to talking so much, although she had only spoken a few words. She always avoided interaction with other dogs.

She wished she could do better than look so helpless. She wished she could do something in return. But she needed to recuperate and rest at the moment. The dirty water she had drank before was working its way into her system.

[Sadies]

The little dog looked at the dog laying on the floor and hadn't really received enough information for him to be very helpful. "What happen?" asked Teacup although he wasn't sure he would even be able to help. The smell of the pancake was like heaven in his nostrils but although his natural instincts were telling him to eat it, he knew he shouldn't. He stepped away from the food and looked at the small pup, Pheobe, which was bigger than him.
