Basic Description: fluffy, black she-cat with selected, small ginger patches and white paws. Her stomach and chest are also white and she has a scar over the top of one eye. Her front, left leg is broken from an accident in her youth, so she walks with a limp.
Personality: uptight and hard to get along with at first, but once you get to know her, you'll see she is really a sweetheart. She has a soft spot for kits.
Anything Else: her sister, Koi, was taken by the humans. When she was a year and a half, she get picked up by a hawk. she struggled greatly and the hawk let her go, but not before it sliced open her chest with its talon. The way she landed, her leg snapped and her shoulder dislocated. Koi found her a bit later and took care of her until she healed, but her leg never really did heal correctly.

Odin leaped down from the roof, his speckled paws making a light thump in the still darkness. Peering his head around the wall, he looked quickly left and right before sprinting across the road and in the direction of the old house at the end of the street, his prize bumping his forelegs as he did so. As he approached the building, familiar scents overwhelmed him and he purred with relief around the plastic pinched between his teeth. The mostly-white tom turned his steps to the porch, but as he grew closer, he faintly smelled a new scent. Female. His fur began to stand on instinct to protect his prey, until he scented Obsidian as well. He forced his fur flat and and his paws to move on up the steps, not wanting to interrupt them.

Gale huffed to herself as she flicked her tongue along her whiskers to rid them of excess water and looked up into the trees. It had gotten dark so quickly. Shaking her head, the dark tortoiseshell put her lame paw back to the ground and stood, stepping around the puddle in front of her. Gale headed in the direction of faint light coming from the city beyond her home. Her small ears twitched rapidly back and forth as she listened for signs of predators as she continued through the forest and into the meadow beyond. As she approached the edge of the trees, she sped up to a slight sprint so that she could clear the fallen tree in front of her. As she landed on the other side, she felt her lame leg buckle beneath her and she let out a curse Toad shouldn't hear for quite a long time.

She looked over her shoulder at Obsidian, nodding she looked back up to the stars and the moon in the darkened sky. "Yes" She answered quietly. Suddenly she smelt something - someone. She turned her head again to Obsidian, and scanned their surroundings carefully with her green eyes.

Odin held his head high as he mounted the steps, trying not to let the bag of chicken bones trip him as he walked. His pelt began to prickle uncomfortably with the feeling someone was watching him and he gazed down into the yard, his steps faltering before ceasing altogether. He was uncomfortably aware of how bright his coat was in the dark and his neck fur began to prickle nervously.

Pippa
She looked up, suddenly spotting another cat - a stranger. She kept silent, and moved quickly toward the stranger, hidden by the darkness. She suddenly came into view, but backed away, waiting for Obsidian...

Obsidian blinked. The coat of another cat shone brightly in the starlight. Pippa moved closer and the cat stopped. Recognition flickered briefly on Obsidian's face and he took on his usual air of calm once again. "It's all right," he assured Pippa. "It's Odin. He lives here as well." He walked closer to the two. "Good evening, Odin," he said. "Welcome back." Then, remembering his manners, he added; "This is Pippa. She's staying with us for the night."

Pippa
She backed up slightly and sat next to Obsidian, nodding slightly at the tom's words. Her silver patched coat glistening as her tan and black parts were almost completely invisible in the darkness that engulfed them.

Pippa nodded, and Obsidian sat down. Then, remembering something, he said, "Odin, have you seen Gale lately?"
