☢ Grenade smiled when she answered his question, "Nice to meet you to, Cleo. And what a nice name." He barked in return. The aussie couldn't help but wonder about how she introduced herself, who was they? Was this dog once owned by humans? It wouldnt bother him, he just could never imagine living with a human. He just couldnt help but wonder. The masculine's tail wagged back and forth as he smiled to her. "Are you from here?" He couldnt help but ask. ☢

She looked at the Aussie and smiled, relaxing as they were talking to each other, she starting to trust him even know they've known each other for a few minutes, she felt like she could trust him. Cleo lifted her head as he spoke once again and it was another question that she had to think about for a few seconds No i'm not... i don't know where i'm really from but it's not here that's all i know, this place is different from where i'm from, there are so many humans here.... what about you, are you from here? she said softly to the Aussie, wagging her tail happily stepping a little closer to him.

Sky leaped down from what she liked to consider her perch, it was actually just a big biffer bin and she was higher then her usual ground hight. She looked back at the big rusty dented bin and then turned to continue her journey. She was down the back alleys. Where she spent almost 90% of her time. She found that the best food that wasn't risky was found in back bins at the end of the day when all the restaurants chucked the food away. She was on the big bin looking out for any other animals. She did this often to be sure she wasn't being followed or if she would have trouble ahead. The coast was clear and she was ok to head ahead.
She sniffed the air to help her find her way. Even though she knew the back streets like the back of her paw, she needed to use all her senses to keep her alive. As she walked past a open back door from a busy restaurant she could hear some pretty jazzy music that she couldn't help but go along with the beat. She began to sway her tail and bob her hip to the beat. Also shaking her head slightly, tongue hanging loosely out the one side of her mouth. Suddenly she didn't have a care in the world.

☢ Grenade nodded to her response, he smiled before answering the question that followed. "Yes, I've been a stray here my whole life and I was born here." He nodded. The brute shook out his blue merle fur slightly as his banner wagged. He sat down getting comfortable as he looked to the female with ice blue eyes. He tried to think of a question to ask to get know her but only one swarmed his mind. "Have you always beem a stray?" He blurted out. ☢

It didn't take long to get past the music and for the gloomy back streets to look dull again. Sky sighed now hanging her head slightly a bit fed up with the lack of fun she was having lately. It had been raining quite a lot lately so she didn't get to do much fun. Today it wasn't raining though so she felt a lot better then she had.
She continued to walk, she smelt something slightly different to normal and found herself following the scent. It seemed like a mixed smell so she wasn't sure what it would of been. Maybe humans, but in the back streets?! no. The dangerous side of her got the better of her almost always. As she approached closer she noticed it was dog, but she had come close enough for them to smell her scent too so she might as well got a glimpse of what was going on. She approached cautiously taking each step carefully making sure she was quiet. She then went around a corner and there sat two dogs, they looked similar in breed but different in looks. Then it hit her, they where chatting like actually friendly. She stood with her head tilted frowning at them. Sheer shock on her face. "Well I didn't expect that...." She whispered to herself stunned.

Cleo laid down on the ground and looked up at him with her crystal blue eyes, her ears perked up hearing his next question, she laid there thinking about should he tell him about that, she thought that he wouldn't want to talk to her after answering this question. The Aussie laid there thinking how to answer it, she thought that it would be better to tell the trust then just saying a lie it would make her feel bad if she did lie about it. Well... no i haven't always been a stray... i've only been a stray for about a year now. I began my life with humans that looked after, who cared about me... i thought they loved me. but everything changed once they had a baby and i was ignored... then one of the humans drove me out here to this city and dumped me here, that's how i became a stray i was abandoned. she said to him softly and then looked at him to see if he would walk away from her although she didn't want him to, not noticing the other Aussie.

☢ Grenade frowned slightly to her story, that was another reason why he dreaded humans. They would love you one day but turn on you in a second. "Im sorry to hear that Cleo." He said looking over at her. The Aussie sniffed the air smelling another smell. Another dog? A female dog to be specific. He sniffed the air one more time, another Aussie? The brute stood to his paws as he scanned the area not able to find the dog. He looked over at Cleo, could she smell it to? Or was he just smelling her?☢

Surprised that he was sorry for her, he didn't even leave her she was glad that he didn't she sighed in relief then smelt another dog, she tensed up and got up quickly pinning her ears back and tucking her tail, looking around her surroundings to see where the dog was. Cleo was afraid that the dog might just jump out and attack them, she kept on scanning her surroundings, hoping the dog won't jump out at them. The Aussie hasn't had a good experience of the city most strays she had met would usually snap at her and she had been bitten once or twice by dogs, but she had realized that not all dogs were like that since she had met Grenade.

Sky's eyes widened as the brute stood up. Had he seen her? Maybe they were a pair and the male was getting angry at an intruder around. "Snap!" Sky muttered to herself now trying to slowly back off from the area she was without freaking out. She tried to turn around and run but her eyes where too focused on the male who stood up. She didn't often come across more then one dog at a time so this was a lot more frightening then normal. As she moved around she hid in a box scared to be attacked. Before she knew it, the female was coming across to her, and she didn't know what to do. Before she could consider anything she leaped out the box and knocked the female dog onto her back. Now leaping over her and standing in clear sight and in a protective stance, ears pinned back and teeth barred.

Cleo observed her surroundings, she couldn't see the dog, but then she heard a noise, she looked around and saw a box move a little, she stumbled over to Grenade but then was knocked over, the Aussie yelped as she thought that she was going to be bitten. The Aussie's eyes opened seeing that the dog and leaped over her, she got back up quickly and shakes her coat before looking at the other Aussie, seeing it was barring it's teeth at them, she gasped. The female kept beside Grenade wondering if he was going to do something but she didn't want to see a fight or be in one so she thought about talking to the other Aussie, she stood tall and dipped her head tucking her tail under her we not going to hurt you, don't worry, were not here to fight... she said softly to the female Aussie hoping she wouldn't attack them.
