Zero-

Zero grinned. "Well, I don't think my littermates were bad. They just didn't know any better." Zero started to feel awfully proud when Jerry agreed that he was a good hunter. With this confidence, he asked the pup: "Would you like to form a little team then?"

(Haha that's fine, I think I've made the same mistake before. XD

Mine was great, thanks! ^w^ My brother and I went to go see Frozen in the movie theater, and I loved it~)

*Jerry*

"A team?" Jerry echoed. He thought about it for a moment. The idea intrigued him, but could he really trust this dog? After all, the two had only just met, and his mother had often warned him to be careful of strangers. Then again, it would be nice to have a hunting and traveling companion, and Zero seemed genuinely friendly. Besides, if worst came to worst, Jerry was sure he could defend himself, or at least run and hide somewhere. Straightening up, he nodded. "Okay. That sounds like a good idea."

(( Ooh! Sounds lovely! :3 I really need to get around to seeing Frozen. ))


Zero-

"Alright. Then a team we are!" Zero stated, rising to his feet. "It'd be cool if we could find more dogs to join us. We'd have safety in numbers. But in the mean time, I think we should look for some good shelter. Who knows when it'll start to rain again?" Zero smiled at the pup, curious to see if Jerry would really trust him. He'd been carful not to say or do anything that would scare the pup off, but he was still acting as "big brotherly" as possible. Zero would feel incredibly guilty if he ever caused Jerry to run off into actual danger.

Flye shivered, licking at the brambles caught in her tail. She sniffed the air, only catching scent of some mice and rats. "Ugh, of all the places I've been this has got to be the worst!" She huffed. She got up pacing through the junk scattered around. She came to an empty rusted car, with seats still in tact by some miracle. She barked out "hello? Is anyone here? I'm just wanting a place to stay!" She yelled, hearing her echo bounce back at her.

"Shelter?" Jerry echoed. "Hmm...well...before I met you, I was staying in an old burrow not too far from here. It made for some great shelter, but I don't know if you would fit..." He sized up the Borzoi, looking him up and down. "You're pretty thin though. I think you could probably squeeze in, and it's much more roomier inside. Come on, follow me." With that, the Klee Kai set off in the direction of the burrow, unable to keep his tail from wagging and a smile from taking over his face. For the first time in a long time, he finally had someone else to talk to, to share a home with, to hunt with. The idea made his heart beat a bit faster than usual, as it felt like a completely new experience to him, but it was a good experience. He finally had a friend.

Not hearing anyone, Flye crawled into the car and curled up on the back seat, sighing. She was unable to sleep, so she gazed at the stars, and watched the glow bugs float by. She idly wondered if you could eat a glow bug. This made her stomach rumble. "Ugh" she grumbled and curled up tighter

Jakoby's grin widened, "I think a mouse sounds great. Or a rabbit... That would be more filling with less fur that a cat." He looked up in though, "I think I'm allergic to cats." He shook his head, "Off we go!" He woofed, slightly over dramatically.

Willow couldn't help but laugh. "A rabbit it is." At his command, she began walking, excitement bright in her eyes. She couldn't wait to eat, but she also couldn't believe she found a friendly dog. It was nice being with someone, a lot better than being alone. She hated being alone, but now she wasn't for now.

Flye couldn't ignore her stomach any longer. Sighing, she rose from the backseat and jumped out. Outside, she sniffed the air. She caught scent of something. "Rabbit," she muttered to herself. She set off after the trail. She soon could tell the prey was close. She snuck up close to her prey, peering at it through the thicket.

[Arche]

Jakoby was overjoyed. He spent enough time with his old mate to consider himself a wolf. Wolves are social animals. Something about him just didn't like being alone. He sneezed one more time. "I think I can smell rabbit... Yep! Over there!" He whispered to her crouching down. He knew the wind was blowing the wrong way, but hopefully the mushroom smell would cover that.

Flye crouched down, about to spring. Just as she was about to take off however, a twig broke under her weight. She cursed- and took off after the now fast disappearing rabbit. She zoomed after it into the opposite thicket.
