I padded around, looking around. I saw Alaska and Sky. I sat, a bit confused of who to go to. I guess it was mating season and I should take whoever I could get but I just didn't know. I lay my head on my paws and began to think. Hoping that maybe one of them would come over. I closed one of my eyes but forced it open again. I couldn't go to sleep. Not now anyway.

She saw the rather handsome fellow, she was just getting ready to approach him when someone else did. She sat up gazing at him. Once again she was to late. Maybe she could talk to him after her, probably not but she could keep her hopes up.

°°° I finished my patrol and decided to finally have a rest. I padded over to a patch of flower's and lay down and made myself comfortable. I shut my eyes and took a deep breath. I then began to sleep. °°°

I caught a glimpse of Alaska and smiled brightly at her. I nodded for her to come over. Surly Sky wouldn't mind if she came too.

I smiled, standing by Cody. I felt proud."Thank you." I turned to look at Cody and I rested my chin on his shoulder, wagging my tail.

Alaska saw his charming smile and proceeded toward the handsome fellow. " I'm Alaska " she said sitting in front of him.
