He saw a light, a huge one. He heard voices telling him to come closer.

I put my ear to his chest and heard no sound of a heart beating. I burst out in tears. "He's gone!" I shouted and lay my head on his chest. "My own brother.. gone.." I whispered.

I cried and layed my head onto Gems shoulder. "I promised myself I would protect my pups with all my life." I shut my eyes tightly. "And I broke the promise." I whispered.

Storm padded in the city, dogging cars and people. She wounderd if any dogs ever came to this part of the city anymore. She srugged and padded on. STorm was looking for a dog to talk to and get the daily gossip.
