Kilo nosed the pungent herbs and sorted the new ones away and disposed of the old ones. He checked the small spring at the back of the den and made sure it was void of any small bugs or animals. when he was satisfied he walked out of the large den and laid down in the warm sunlight, enjoying not having to watch over the wounded.

Drogo listened intently as Mars gave his speech and asked for the leads to meet in his den. As the alpha turned to go to his den Drogo let out a low growl. He had wanted for sometime to move up ranks and become the lead fighter, but to his dismay he was still just a fighter. Shaking himself, the male happened to catch glimpse of River Stone. Thinking maybe she would share in his anger for not being invited to the meeting, Drogo walked over to the female and nodded a greeting. "We always miss out in the fun." He said rather dryly.

Freya grew bored and aggravated with sitting still. She took a final lick at her white fur before standing and looking around for something to do. Off to her right she could see Oak. 'Well at least he isn't one of the lower ranked wolves.' She thought to herself. Freya refused to commune with wolves below her unless they were fighters. She stalked her way over to the male and grunted, "Is there anything to do anymore? We should be trying to raid Whispering Willow's territory."

Oak sat up from laying down he looked at the fae and said "Well maybe we shouldn't bad things could happen. Maybe we could take a small hunting trip?" He asked smiling and looking at the female wagging his tail behind him.

"He always calls the leads and higher ranked wolves to make all of our decisions while we are left here wondering what we are going to be doing." As he spoke the words re-filled him with anger. As he continued to look at the silver female he sighed and calmed a little, "I just don't like that us fighters have no say in when and who we fight. They make our choices for us."
