Of Different Paw-Prints ((Sled Dog/ Wolf RP)) not accepting

Grace set Coco down in the barn kennel. She commanded, "Stay, Coco," She said. She sighed and sat down, thinking about a new line up so that the rest of the dogs might be able to run, and worrying about how long it might take for Coco's paw to heal.

Ice raised an eyebrow and dipped her head back. "Have you gone hunting at all today?" She asked.

[Sled.]

Luke
Luke smiled sadly as she nuzzled him." No, everything happens for a reason. Like I said it's not at all your fault, it's just the Universe working in its many wondrous ways." Luke said, for he was very superstitious and had many weird beliefs." I could stay, if you want me too that is." He said softly and lifted his tail from off the ground.

(More wolf she gets it from her mum.)
Nyla
Nyla growled quietly and changed her posture more intimidating. She lifted her head and puffed out her chest glaring at the wolf. The white K9 knew she had to be strong for Silvermoon so she took another step forward and scoffed." Greetings Jakoby, I'm a Nyla. May I ask what your doing out here? Why aren't you with your pack?" Nyla asked suspiciously, If she had to act like a wolf she would.

[Arche]

Ironic! Nyla is more dog yet looks more wolf, and Jakoby is mostly wolf and looks more dog!))

Jakoby almost rolled his eyes and laughed. "Pack? Who needs one." He padded closer, curling his tail over his back. Curse his ancestors gene-pool. He could smell another creature, a pup. This one was, with no doubt, a pure wolf.

Coco looked to her paws shyly "I do want you too. But that wouldn't be fair to keep you here when you and me both know you want to run and I don't blame you." She watched him with her blue and brown eyes her ears perked

Grace patted Coco's head before standing up. She made her way to the kennel door, opening it and stepping outside. She called, "C'mon Luke, we have some rearranging to do," She said, holding the door open for him.

[Sled.]

Luke
Luke sent one last glance at Coco before following Grace out." I'll be back soon I promise." He said softly and advanced.Quietly He padded on listening to the snow as it crunched under his paws.
Nyla
Nyla noticed Jakoby smell Silvermoon and cringed. Turning around she called to the small wolf." Silvermoon, it's okay to come out now." She yelled so that Silvermoon could hear her. The blue-eyed Dog/wolf Smiled at Jakoby." I don't have one either, A pack that is. I live in the forest with...my daughter, yes my daughter Slivermoon." She lied, once again stumbling over her words. Nyla hoped that the wolf was bad at detecting lies.

Grace harnessed up Luke before turning to her one team dog, Dakota. She took one of her swing dogs, Sir Red out of his harness and re-harnessed him up to where Coco was supposed to be, then unhooked the loose swing dog harness, throwing it near the kennels. She centered her single swing dog harness, the one with Suka in it, then double checked the kennel lock before getting back on her sled.

Coco howled sadly "I wanna run!" She whined getting up and watching from the window her ears to her head she watched Luke be set up and her brother Red take her place she growled annoyed that her spot was taken so easily

Luke
Luke heard Kofu's whine and looked back spotting her face through the window. He gave her a sympathetic look, and mouthed 'I'm sorry.' The red husky then drew his attention to Grace waiting for he cue. Taking a deep breath Luke braced him self, flexing his muscles, stiffening his tail and leaning forwards so he could take off quickly. In the back of his mind he told himself to keep in pace with the other dogs, not going too fast or too slow. Just fast enough to lead them along with the Kell, who was also one of the lead dogs." Let's do this." He murmured.

Grace blew her whistle three short times and yelled, "Hike" before leaning back on her heels.
