Nikita listened to him. She didn't understand what he was talking about. She took a few steps back. "Toxic...." she said not knowing what else to say.

"ill have no other chance to end this madness..." he said, thinking about the river again. "h-how do you know my name?"

Nikita sighed shaking her head. She finally seemed to have a chance of starting a new life and she was about to lose him too. She looked up hearing his question. "Because I know you. Like I said we were going to find a den together, to start over," she said. She pawed at the ground.

toxic shook his head. "i wouldnt do that-.. i wanted to end it all, not start new.." he said seeming disapointed in himself. "i gotta find a way back." he said. "home.. wherever that is now.." he said.

Nikita sat down where she was. It was happening to her all over again. Why did it have to be her? "Well I'm sorry. I don't know what happened to you," she said softly. "Good luck with that because I can't help you. I don't know the way either," she said. Looks like she was going to be on her own again.

toxic began padding. "thanks.." he said cautiously.

"Goodbye Toxic..." Nikita said softly and laid down. She whined and curled her tail around herself.

toxic sighed, not knowing wich way was home. he bagan padding forward, using his nose, but surprisingly ended up in the middle of the forest, where everything seemed sorta firmilier. he walked slowely, but nothing came back to him, of where the camp might be. suddenly he turned, and was collided with winter. "sorry." he said, but winter only glared at him. "What did i do?" he asked. "Well first off, you said all of those mean things about me to my face. its a good thing you cant come back to camp now." she replied. "wait a second. why does everybody keep saying i do these things, when i clearly didnt?!" he asked. "wait..
she said turning back to him. "You realy dont remember?" she asked with simpathy in her voice. "toxic.. you left the pack.. you cant come back.. im sorry." she finished, taking a rabbit she had caught and heading back to camp.

Nikita watched as he disappeared. She would have followed him but there was nothing left for her now. It was time to move on yet again. She had made up her mind now. She would stay here through the night but in the morning she would head off in search of a home.
