{BRIE}
Brie nodded. "I will."

Brie gently licked three squirming newborns. Two male, and one female. One male, the runt, was much smaller than his brother and sister, and Brie grew a bit worried about him. She hoped he'd be alright.
Brie gave a gentle bark, calling Kodiak in.

{KEITA}
The small female pup clambered over her brothers. Her eyes and ears were sealed shut, but her nose led her to her mother. And food.

{MAX}
The runt lay near his siblings, but didn't compete with them. He was too small, and just got pushed around. He squeaked and whined, in a high pitched puppy voice. He was small and weak, and very hungry.

* Kodiak *
I quickly and quietly trotted into the cave. I saw the pups and smiled. " There so cute. " I whispered. I kicked the runt's small head and nuzzled the female. I looked over at the largest pup and chuckled.

• Yukon •
The pup effortlessly sat on the floor, waving his head around the cave like he could see. He gave a high pitched howling noise.

{BRIE}
Brie smiled back at him. "They certainly are... What should we name them?"

{KEITA}
Keita felt her brother move out of the way. Good. Now she had the food all to herself, with no annoying siblings squashing her.

{MAX}
Max felt somebody lick him. He sniffed with his tiny puppy nose, and found a new smell. Who was it? His stomach growled, and he began crawling across the nest- in the wrong direction.

* Kodiak *
" I'm think for the biggest one.... Maybe Yukon? You can name the other two. " I replied. I watched the runt crawl the wrong direction and gingerly picked him up and placed him close to Brie, close to food.

[Spotted.Newt]

{BRIE}
"How about Keita for the female, and Max for the little one?" She said, watching the pups.

{KEITA}
After eating, Keita crawled over to her mother's front paws, for a nap.

{MAX}
Max felt himself be lifted into the air, and gave a quiet squeak of protest.

Rosa
Slowly woke up

* Kodiak *
" They all sound like good names. " I responded. I layed next to Brie and yawned.

{BRIE}
Brie licked Kodiak, then gently groomed each of her pups with a smile.

Rosa
Slowly woke up

Snow I noticed her waking up and decided to nuzzles her to show her she was awake too.

gave a high pitched puppy bark, and licked her moms muzzle.
