Kodiak woke up with a yawn, his eyes groggy. The alpha's howl had awoken him from his slumber. He stuck his nose in the air and took a whiff of his surroundings. The second he smelt wolves, he was on his feet, bounding towards the fight unfolding. Get out of here! he snarled, baring his teeth viciously. He lunged at the wolves and snapped the air near them, getting into attack mode. He barked and growled rapidly, the volume increasing with each sound. His large paws left imprints in the dust.

Bambi was awoken by the alpha. The young pup was still very sleepy, and her eyes drooped. When she heard the commotion a few yards away, she had fled anxiously to the safety of a few other dogs.

♡ Sasha's ears fell and she lifted a small paw to touch his cheek. "Well okay, brother.. I will," she said softly. She gave him a small smile but it faded when she heard the sound of the wolves howling. She hadn't even noticed they were present, so the piercing sounds scared her and she scrambled up to her feet and moved backwards until she bumped into another trash bag. She yelped as everything inside it poured out of a newly busted hole and she huddled behind the bag, shivering as she heard Zorro telling her he'd be back. "Uh.. Uh.. Kay Zorro," she said shutting her eyes tight. She swivelled her ears every time the commotion with her pack mates and the wolves picked up volume. She sighed, afraid and helpless.

She saw Bambi run into her den, she knew something was up. Then she saw it, the wolves Kodiak was growling at. Gryphon hid in the bush until it was safe.

Lilac gently sniffed the air, gaze meeting Dagger's. When the two left, Lilac sat in her den still. Walking towards the alpha, Lilac nudged her ear. Mallory turned her gaze to Lilac. "When to be hunting?" She barked softly. Mallory tilted her head, before raising her head to call the hunters. As Phantom walked over, Lilac trotted away, out of camp. She needed a little fresh air, and to do that, she headed away from camp and the junkyard, to a small water fall.
