[Midnight | Male | Two Years | Alpha | Black Malamute | Mate: None]
Midnight stalked across the clearing, peeking into dens as he went to see who was asleep still. In the Nursery the Mother-Dogs were feeding their pups a fox brought by the Omega. The Patrollers' den was seemingly empty, other than the scent of one dog in the corner. Though Midnight just shrugged- they must have been guarding camp last night. All the hunters but two or three were asleep, and so were all the trainees it looked like. With a quiet growl, Midnight padded away from the last den. If they weren't doing their jobs or training they were sleeping or eating. Was his Pack really this lazy..?
[Dapple | Female | One Year | Healer | Husky Mix | Mate: None]
She shook her head and continued to groom her side-fur. "I wouldn't know- I haven't hunted before." She said in-between licks. If she hunted or patrolled she would be demoted, it was breaking Pack rules.
[Russet | Female | One Year | Hunter | Red Husky | Mate: None]
As Russet gazed around the clearing, she saw a couple others out and about. There was Midnight- the Alpha, Clara the Beta, Dapple the Healer, Ice, a Omega, and a few others who were just awaking. She shook out her fur and sighed. Midnight may act tough, but he didn't enforce rules very much. The Alpha before him, a Fea named Lilac, was strict. If anyone over slept then they would be scarred by her and the Beta. The Beta, who was Midnight, didn't really like causing his Pack mates pain. Each time he did the task more dogs would fear him. Now, he just stalks around and growls at rule breakers. Russet wasn't sure what she liked more- the proud Alpha who hated causing pain, or the old Alpha who could keep order and everyone listened to.
[Ash | Male | One Year | Hunter | Gray/Black Husky | Mate: None]
Ash walked out of the stunted-tree-forest he had been in and looked around for the other patrol. There. He saw a white figure leaping around in a pile of snow. Couldn't be anyone other than, well, Snow. No wonder she was named after the beautiful stuff- she loved it more than anything else in the territory. "Oy! Snow!" He called to her in his strange accent, causing her to look up. "Where's da rest of zee patrol?"
[Snow | Female | Two years | Patroller | Samoyed Dog | Mate: None]
The Samoyed was having such a great time in the snow she didn't notice when Ash approached. At the sound of his strange voice she looked up, a bit startled. Ash had joined the Pack three months ago, claiming to have come from far away. She hadn't yet gotten used to his way of talking. His accent was so strong it was tough to make out what he was saying most of the time. "Over the ridge over there, they should be along soon!" She called back to him, pretty sure he just asked where the patrol was.
[Ice | Male | One Year | Omega | Japanese Spitz | Mate: None]
Tail between his legs, Ice walked across the clearing to where the other dens where. His morning duties were easy, but he hated the yelling. If the bedding he brought was the least bit damp he would be yelled at. If the prey he fetched was frozen he would be yelled at. If he was to slow in carrying out a order he would be yelled at. All day every day, yelling yelling yelling.
