⊱She listened to him ask her his question as he stood. The fae shook herself and took a few steps to make sure nothing was broken. Luckily nothing was and she was just sore. "Well, I was running and I looked back and bam, tree stood in front of me." She said, trying to make it amusing to cover her stupidity over allowing herself to run into a tree.

"I'm fine though. No need to worry, we might as well continue checking the borders now." She said to him as she looked over her shoulder. It seemed she had recovered now and seemed a bit more cautious to just start running again, knowing she could obvious run into another tree if she got distracted enough.

Ray shifted his gaze over the camp and spotted Ookami. He stood up and started to walk over to her. He stopped half way in between unsure for some odd reason if he should talk to her. He knew she was also a hunter but she was along younger than him and he hated to be judged as old when he wasn't even halfway through his life yet. At least he hoped he would live to be older than 12. Of course with this talk of fighting you could never be sure.

At last he finished walking to the fae and said as casually as he could with out sounding to akward, "Hey Ookami how are you?" He barely kept himself from flinching at the stupid question everyone asks. He stopped him self in mid though and told his brain why are you even making such a big deal out of it? She's just a random fae you live with...

Looking away as the two of them walked, a sudden sound came into his hears, breaking
the silence between the two of them. Curiosity fufilled the brute, and he turned, drifting
away from the side of Phoenix. Keeping his head low, Spade was unaware of how close
he was getting to the edge of the territory. But he did not really care, even if he did know.
The sound was so enchanting that he couldnt help himself. Turning a sharp corner around
a large willow tree, he stopped at the sight of a river.

The river wasnt too terribly wide, or too deep, but it was beautiful. And with the willow
reaching its limbs over it, the river was a sight to see. The way that the river water tripped
over the rocks below, and the tree branches that just hardly touched the top of the water,
and the fish that fought for a turn to swim up front. It took Spade's breath away. "Phoenix!"
He called out, not turning his head away from the river. "Did you know this was here?"

The sound of a kind, warm sounding voice came into her ears. It almost sounded like honey
when he talked. Slow and smooth. Turning her pale head to the side, she was surpised to find
a brute standing over her. Squinting her eyes from the side, she was eager to find a male gaising
down over her. Twitching her head to flick away some flies, she rose to her feet. "Well hiya
there stranger!" Ookami said, her baby blue eyes glimmering with excitment. It was not often
that wolves would approach her, she wasnt exactly the kind of wolf that looks aproachable.
Ookami never found out why, but usually they ignored her. But this time was different.

"My names Ookami, just in case you were wondering. What brings you over to my little neck
of the woods?" She said, smiling so wide that you could see the corners of her teeth as she
grinned, shifting her weight from one paw to the other

⊱She was walking and deep in her own thoughts when she heard her name. She looked around to see Spade missing. Following the sound of his voice, she came across the river along with him. At his question, she nodded. "It's one of the areas that mark the end of our territory. It's really nice when you need quiet." She informed him.

She padded towards the water and leaned her head down, lapping the water up and quenching the thirst she had from all that running. Afterwards, the alphaess looked back to Spade. "Why? You didn't know it was here?"

Taking a step twords it, he placed his front paw into the water, feeling it. The water wrapped around
and hugged his leg, like it was ment to be there, in that water. The liquid was cool, but not cold.
Looking back at Phoenix, he let a goofy smile start to mold at the corner's of his lips before he
faced the water, the grin getting larger and larger. Taking another step into the water, he soon
stood almost knee deep in it. Closing his eyes, he tilted his head up to the sky, letting the
warmpth of the sun beat down on his grey pelt.

"This... is... paradise." Spade whispered. The brute did now know who he was saying that too.
Ether Phoenix, or himself. Ether way, he said it. "Come join me Phoenix. The water is very
relaxing today." Spade said, his eyes still closed and his head still tilted up tords the sky,
seeming to adsorb all the sunlight, almost like a plant would do.

Ray's eyes glistened a bit his mouth turning into a slight turn upwards. He replied to the younger fae saying "Well I didn't know you owned your own part of the woods, Though if you do I'd be very interested in learning how to earn myself a part of the woods, but I guess for know I'll stick to the packs woods. I'm Ray in case you didn't know because I'm not exactly the most popular wolf around here."

He stepped back a bit allowing a little more room for the fae if she wanted to sit it stand up. His mouth widened a bit allowing more of a smile to get through. He hope she didn't think his words were silly or just dumb words a random wolf would say. He knew everyone in the pack from being the observer he was, but he knew that hiding in the shadows of the pack didn't really let him name get through to others.
