herro der mes amis, i am believe. proud canadian, ottb loving, colt breaking, nfr dreaming. pictured on the left is my racetrack reject, landofmakebelieve, aka molly, moo, shmoo, whatever name comes to mind x] molly is a 10 year old canadian bred thoroughbred mare, and standing at about 16.2hh, we look a little wonky when we chase cans, but la dee da that's alright. molly and i tried several disciplines. i tried desperately to get her to catch on to dressage, but unfortunately, she still has the race bred mind and is all go. however, together we found a discipline which we could both enjoy; western gaming. this summer we started travelling to barrel races locally. our current record on a standard size pattern is 17.314 and we are improving with every run. and to all the low budget barrel racers out there such as myself, a word of advise; chin up darling. you may not have a million dollar mount under your butt, but you and your crossbred, rejected, hard headed, rescue baby can do it. you know why? cause those girls sitting in their custom circle y's, upon shiny, top of the line mounts are full of themselves. they think there's no way they can lose. they get cocky. stay humble, believe in yourself, in your horse, and most importantly ride your little heart out.

Anyone free for my mares ( shadow , Diamond and Poppy ? And my stallion wildfire is free for a lead mare. Also bird is free to be role played with. Crystal has been snaked into Affairs herd but not mated with so can be snaked.)

Affair however, would not let this continue. Immediately he was with Lass, rearing and giving a scream of outrage, calling the fight to a stop. He squealed, nipping Crystal and Bird away, then bared his teeth at them before stomping, telling Fire there would be no fight right now. He was ashamed at the way his mares were acting, and snorted, breathing heavily in rage.

Lilac flinched away from the mighty stallion, although his anger was not aimed at her. She herded the filly to the rest of the herd, and looked around. The mares in the fight where injured, and Lilac was glad it had not been her that was injured. The filly nickered and nudged her gently...

Fire bared her teeth at Lass before returning to her spot. She was in heat and that was all she smelt like. So, she called Affair over to her. Nickering softy to her powerful stallion. Casting one more glance at the lead mare before turning around to face him again.

The stallion's fury was quickly quenched, and he trotted over to the mare, whuffling over her. He nickered, then nudged her side, swishing his tail, asking for a foal. He nickered gently, softly, now meek and mild.
