He considered his options. "Endurance," he finally decided. "i'll show you the trail so you don't get lost."

"Okay lead on oh vailant sir." I pranced by him like a little overexited deer. "I used to do trails with my owner. Oh I wonder what these trails are like!" She was like a little puppy able to go outside for the first time.

He felt a smile tug at his lips and lead her into the forest, soon finding a well - used trail marked by paw steps, recent and ancient. "I find the woods relaxing, myself." He said, looking at the prancing fae beside him.

"Oh you heard that!" I felt my face get warm. "I just love how it feels like you could just run forever In a forest and never have to stop."

He chuckled softly, "you have the wonder of a puppy," he said than added, "you don't find that wonder in many dogs that often."

"It often comes with a tough life or young age. But some dogs are just like me and love to put things in a new and improved perspective. So how did you end up becoming Alpha of the CHAOS dogs you seem pretty nice."

"it wasn't a position I wanted," he said, looking ahead so he wouldn't wander from the path. "It's one I inherited from my mother. She was always a cruel fae, and that's how she expected her pack to act. I tried to shape CHAOS up, back to who they used to be, but alas," he sighed. "They had become adapt to cruelty. I still try at times, but I've all but given up."

"The world has really come to a bloody mess hasnt it. Did you ever dream of not being a chaos dog and having a family of your own outside of here."

He nods solemnly, "I have. It's just so hard to think of a reality you can never live in." He says then stops and sits down. He looked at the fae, "but I can give you and your friends a chance to escape."

"But what about yourself dont you want to escape also?" My eyes caught the light making them look bright and painfully curious mixed with some sadness also. "I want everyone to live happily especially you, you have never faced real freedom like most of the rest of us. You deserve it."
