I sighed "I know im a faliure student." I sighed and picked up my own lavender sticks . The lavender had leeched into my coat even more leaving a soft scent of lavender in there once again.

He sighed inwardly and looked at her with all the love he could muster in his eyes, hoping she'd understand.

I seized the opporitunity. My eyes scanning. I dropped my bundle in surprise. My eyes were wide. I understood completley now.

Cana got up to her paws and nudged him. "Come on. Can't be too hard to find one, especially at this time of day." She told him before heading out of the den, expecting him to follow.

Captain slowly exited his den following Cana. Maybe she was right maybe this was just what he needed to calm himself. Even if it wasn't it was worth a shot.

Once she saw that he was following, she picked up a jog and went straight into the sense forest, sniffing around before she caught the scent of a badger, those things were pretty tough. She looked over to Captain. "Smell that?" She asked the shepherd.

Captain padded to her side and stayed there. When she asked he lift his head smelling the air before nodding at her. "Yeah." He said in a tone that seemed different. At that moment he wasn't angry or mad or anything he was almost happy.

She stopped when she heard the movement from her left. The badger came lumbering out from behind some trees and Cana looked at Captain. "All yours." She told him with a smile and nudged his shoulder.

Seeing that she understood, he relaxed and looked away to gather his courage then looked back at the fae to test her reaction. He wasn't sure where the courage for that came from, but he thought it was better not to question it.

She sat just outside of camp, and exhaled, trying to calm down.
