She smiled while holding the branch in her jaws, and let Dakota grab the branch. She growled playfully, and tugged on the branch softly, wanting to play tug-of-war with the little pup.

He sighed and shook his head as he saw the pup sit down and sulk. He didn't like seeing anyone upset like that, let alone a little pup. But, he had to learn that there were times to look and times to listen. He looked back up and over at the pup and saw Jesse waving th branch in front of him playfully. He smiled and turned then sat down to watch the two play.

Aspen
She rolled her eyes before turning around and following after Keegan. "You could have told me which way we were going before i turned, ya' know." She said with a laugh then scented the air and looked around for any signs of prey or scraps of food.

He rolled his eyes, his grin never leaving his face. "Well you're the one who assumed which way we were gonna go." He stated playfully and scented something that smelt good. "This way. Smells like a burger." He said and licked his mouth at the thought of the meat. "Jeez, that would be nice. I haven't had one in the longest time." He smiled and glanced over at Aspen.

She was about to retort again but, instead shrugged and looked around. "Alright so you got me there." she told Keegan and smiled at him then looked away again. She listened and nodded "I haven't had good meat in so long. The last piece of meat i ate was a gross old corndog." she said then shook "It was the single most gross tasting thing i've eaten but, at the time i didn't mind becasue at least it got me through to the next day." she told him.

Bonzai
He lifted his head when he heard two other dogs approaching, and pulled Sasha back into the building and closed the door. He sat by the door so it couldn't be opened. He didn't want these two dogs to raid what belonged to all; he didn't know if these dogs would try to steal the food he had stored up for all the strays.

He perked his ears up at the small click of a door closing. His eyes narrowed and he looked at the door of a building next to them. "Stay there. I'm gonna check it out." Keegan whispered softly to Aspen the slowly and silently made his way to the window. He sniffed the air and caught the fairly faint scent of two dogs. He put his paws on the wall of the building and raised his head to look through the shattered window. "Is anyone in there?" He called in a gentle and curious voice.

He talked through the door, "it depends on who you are, friend or foe?" He asked, still unsure whether to trust the dogs or not. He kept the door closed by leaning on it with his shoulder, he didn't want to risk the brute shoving the door open.
