Chien purred, before looking up. Nyala had been gone too long, and he was worried. Trotting along the border, the lion quickly found her with a group of mangy rogues. His lip curled, but then he stayed, and stared in surprise. She was... Happy. Content. Though it hurt him to, he knew she was happy there. And if she wanted to stay... He wouldn't stop her. With a heavy heart, Chien simply turned away and moved back to the pride, deciding not to cause a fuss.

Braith
Braith's blue eyes blink sleepily when the sound of rustling awakens her. She slips out of the pile in time to see a lion walking away. Instantly she's awake her golden head snaps back to look down at her friends as she does a quick head count. Braith sighs in relief and then her golden body is slipping away into the grass, following the lion. Her splayed paws hit the ground softly and her exquisite pelt makes her form undetectable in the dry stalks. Braith keeps downwind f the lion and continues following him.
