She giggled at him man up Clay she said teasingly, wagging her tail happily, spreading her heat scent as she did so. Tasha looked around her surroundings carefully before finally seeing a den that could be warm for the fea wolf, she had been gone for quite awhile she hoped that she could last a little longer, she looked at Clay are you going to be alright? she asked him softly.

After a while walking in the snow, his stomachs began to growl, and he realised he hadn't eaten in quite a while. His ears flattened on his head as he crouched down. One of the bad things about hunting in winter was the snow. His fur stood out a lot against the pure white snow, and it was a major disadvantage. Despite this, he never gave up; he couldn't really, or he would starve. But soon his chance game, as a winter hare sat nibbling on something, oblivious to the hungry wolf about to attack. As he leapt off the ground, the wind changed direction and a rather startled hare caught his scent and vanished, leaving him to crash into the snow empty handed. "Rats!" He cried, stomach growling again,

"Oh...but it's so hard," Clay replied to Tasha in a whiny voice as she told him to "Man up," He cocked his head to the side as she asked him if he'd be alright. "For a little while, I guess. Just so long as you promise to hurry back. I think I'm just going to sit in the snow for awhile all alone...with no one to talk to, and no one to watch me..." at that he set his head down on his paws and looked up at Tasha with a very pathetic look on his face.

He found it rather amusing that she would take him so seriously when he had been acting so sarcastically. "Now you run along now, love. I'll be fine," he said cheerily, although inside he couldn't believe he was shooing off a beautiful fae that was willing to sit with him.
