She could hear a vet run out of the room after Echo after she jumped away, and heard him snatch her up, placing her back on the table. Than he shut the door and locked it, and well as wooden covers on all the windows. He shut and locked every door around, and than held Echo tight against the table- than he prepared a needle to make her fall asleep while they operated, one vet she could hear still holding Echo down with thick gloves on.
