Stephanie kicked his sides a little more powerful going into a canter. Stampede cantered around the arena warming up his legs, Stampede felt the bit pull back, he slowed down and trotted then fell into a walk he turned near the entrance and stopped facing the barrels, Stephanie kicked his sides not hurting him, Stampede started to gallop he turned to the first battles making a sharp turn, Stampede galloped to the second kicking he barrel, the barrel rocks back and forth and settles down, he galloped faster to the last barrel making a semi wide turn but fast, Stampede flew down the arena dust coming up, he slows down near the entrance, "Good boy Stamped." Stephanie whispered to him hugging his neck.

Emma pushed Edme gently to a bunch of bushes," Come, we must hide.

Edme laid down, tired and relieved.

Emma knelt by Edme, she felt over her hoof and leg gently.

Stephanie turned Stampede around and stood for a moment, she kicked his sides again, he went into a gallop towards the first barrel he made a medium wide and sharp turn and kept on going to the second one, Stampede made a sharp turn around the barrel and races up towards the last, he made another semi wide turn, Stampede hurried towards the entrance, Stampede felt a tug on the bit and slowed down to a walk, He stopped and let his rider dismount. Stephanie held the reins and led him to the wash stall. Stampede was wet with sweat, he followed after his owner. Stephanie took the saddle off and set it down on a rack in the wash stall, she slipped the head thing off and gently took out the bit. Stephanie turned on the hose to a nice cold water she sprayed Stampede and washed his sweat off, she grabbed the sponge with soap on it, she scrubbed his coat cleaning of the sticky sand, Stephanie rinsed off the soap and started drying his legs she got a blanket and hooked it on
him, it was mesh so it would cool him off, Stephanie walked out leading Stampede to the pasture, she unhooked the lead rope and closed the gate letting him graze, she walked back to the stall to do chores.
