Cody ran after her, hearing the mare as well. "We should get her to a bigger stall. Or even outside." he said, worried the mare would cast herself.

"Cody, leave her be. Right now, she needs to decide whether or not to trust me. If she chooses to trust me, then I will move her. But for now, its her decision," I hold out my hand with a sugar cube, seeing if the small treat might calm her a little.

Cody frowned, "I was just trying to help." He turned to go get blankets and flashlights since it was dark out now. He went into the equipment room without another word to Emilee.

Athena saw the female standing by the door, she glared at the girl then turned and sent out a kick with her back hooves hitting the door. She then had another contraction, she lied on the floor panting hard. {{Fade To Black}}

Athena starts licking her new born foal, cleaning it and trying to encourage him to stand so he would not be so venerable like he would be in the wild. She stands as well, but now so worn from going so long with out food and then giving birth. Athena collapsed after trying to stand. Lying still, too weak to do anything.

Mandy

I find my tack then go over to Xena's stall and set the bridle on a hook on the stall door where my halter and lead was also hanging then I put my saddle,saddle pad,and girth on the top of the door and walked in to where Xena was.I took her out of her stall then tied her to one of the metal rails and started cleaning her stall out,giving her hay before I started

Xena

I sniff the new tack,standing there,munching on hay.I once lived on the side of the road and now I have the best home I could ever ask for.I was very happy here,although,I had no friends.No body was like me,so I just waited for someone to come and talk to me instead of me going to talk to them and me getting picked on.I snorted then looked towards Denny and Malykia.I tilted my head to the side.I looked towards Mandy.I knew she had just started high school and all she did was groom,feed,water and clean my stall out.She must have gotten in a relationship to make her forget about me.

The foal opened his eyes slowly, licking his lips a little, now hungry. He turned his head toward where his warm mother was and tried to reach out to her, wanting his face cleaned.

Cody stood by Emilee silent with a smile on his face. "That is one cute foal." he said looking at Emilee now. She was quite a pretty girl.

Malykai looked ot Xena and Mandy boredly, wondering what they were doing. she huffed quietly. Then boredly let out a loud nicker.

I went out the stall then saw Malykia.I giggled then started grooming my zebra and tacking her up.

Xena

I whinny to the larger horse then walked out to the arena and started prancing.

I smile at Cody. "Don't even think about it, lover boy," I laugh softly and step into the stall. I kneel beside the mare and stroke her neck, ignoring the colt. I am trying to show the mare I won't hurt him. I stroke her and offer her the treat once again. "Easy girl. I won't hurt you or him. You trusted me earlier, you can trust me now, sweet girl," I continue to stroke her and hold my hand out with the sugar.

Cody smirked. "It doesn't help when you turn me on more by saying stuff like that." He winked at her before she went in, turning and going to grab some hay for the mare. She shouldn't have grain right now, but after she cooled down Cody would grab her some. He went back to the stall and held out the hay for Emilee. This was her horse to win over, not his.
