Cloud snorted softly and glanced at him. "Aren't you going to tell me your name?" She said. She pricked her eArs at Vivid's whinny.

Bolt watched King for a few moments, seeing that his son seemed to want to be alone. The buckskin nickered softly to Lotus and walked over to the mare, his ears pricked as he watcher her curiously.

Dream nuzzled Warrior gently then lowered her head, ears laid back in a relaxed way. The dark mare slowly drifted to sleep, still alert in case something happened.

Devil stood on the outskirts of the herd, ears pinned slightly as she looked around. The mare looked for something to do, a bit bored at the moment.

Archer looked at Cloud for a second, distracted, before answering. "I am Archer. And you are?" He asked, politely enough. He thought the mare was pretty, but he usually didn't resign himself to those things. If they were loyal, that was enough. "Wait here." He said, and took off at the sound of Vivid's neighed. He saw her and stopped, ears forward.

Lotus was agitated. Her being in heat plus her sons antics were getting to her. Right now, she would give anything to rid herself of the constant itch that was heat. She saw Bolt and nickered.

Warrior smiled let her sleep then grazed peacefully shed of her.

Mystic stood up and walked through the woods bored. Her tail swayed back and forth as she walked and her head hug low.

Bolt nickered softly to Lotus, giving her a small smile. He tensed as he caught onto her heat scent, ears pricked as he grew interested. Once he reached the mare he nuzzled her then stepped closer, his dark tail flicked as he nudged the mare's rump and asked silently for a foal.

(Can we have lotus refuse a couple times and Bolt follow until she gives in?)

Lotus nickered lowly and kicked a little, harmlessly, but enough to show he wasn't going too yet. She trotted a little pace away, but kept looking at him through the corner of her eye.

King watched. He was not interested, but he saw the world through dull eyes now. He didn't care much. He looked at the newest mare and away again.

Bolt lifted his head and stepped away as Lotus refused, watching as the mare moved away. However the buckskin continued to watch her, head lowered as he pretended not to be interested. He grazed for several moments, sometimes stepping towards Lotus as he wanted to get closer.

Lotus sagged, but not in a noticeable way. She truly thought Bolt didn't care anymore. She bent to graze and lifted her tail, swishing it to ward away flies.

King stood up, a haze in his vision. He walked slowly away from the herd with a nicker to tell them he would be back. He walked for a while. He came upon an outcrop on the rock face. It had a pond and lovely grass. Horses had been there. He looked around it, but recoiled when he saw blood and bones. The remains of a bay stallion, decomposing on the ground. King backed away, snorting in disgust. He looked again. The bay had obviously used to be an impressive stallion, but something had happened to him. It didn't look like a fight. King left the bloody area.
He saw the forest and stepped into it, nickering quietly to himself.

Bolt looked to King and snorted, telling the colt not to go far. The buckskin stallion slowly made his way over to Lotus, his ears swiveled as he watched the mare carefully. Once he was close he nickered softly to her, ears pricked as he reached out and nudged her neck.
