(( I love how innocent Sine is. You play him so well. (: ))

Grimm-

After she had successfully killed the stick and shredded it to bits, Grimm rose and padded back up the hill to the junkyard. Cricket and Sine were still talking. Her ears perked when she heard the words 'Breakfast' and 'Sausages.' Her tail swished back and forth involuntarily. She was a big dog and she needed lots of food. She'd eat all of the sausages in the world if she had the chance.

"My woman may have woken up now. Maybe she'll feed us. Hopefully my brothers are home, too." The velocity of the wags increased. Maybe her woman would let these two stay if they wanted. She really was a nice old woman.

Her excitement got the best of her and she loped off towards the hole in the fence. She was going to go home.

(Thank you! <3 )

Sine

He looked at Grimm as she spoke about her 'woman' and by that he assumed she meant human. One of his ears flopped down and he looked at her in utter confusion, wondering how one could think of a human as a positive thing. He thought back to the puppy mill and scowled before he looked up as she spoke of being fed. Someone feeding us? Brothers? She has brothers? He thought joyfully though he figured they were older. He wagged his tail fiercely and he yipped as she walked off "Dont go!" His eyes looked a bit sad as if he thought he were never to see her again

Grimm-

Upon hearing the pleading tone in the pups voice, Grimm stopped and looked over her shoulder, arching a brow. "I'll be back. I promise. I need to know if my brothers are okay." She gave the pup a lopsided grin. "I'll bring you back a present."

Again she started towards the hole in the fence and wriggled through. After looking both ways, she proceeded down the street, back the way she'd come. Every time a large vehicle drove by, she pressed herself as close to the ground as she could get. Would one of these vehicles be full of men with sticks trying to trap her? She hoped not.

Eventually her home came into sight, but something was wrong. There were large vehicles with flashing lights out front. Men with a cart came out the front door. There was something upon it, but they had it covered with a white blanket.

Grimm canted her head, thoroughly confused. Until a small frail hand fell out from beneath the blanket, that is. The smell of death wafted her way and the dogs heart broke. Her woman was gone. She doubted that her brother's were there either. Too many humans about and not a bark to be heard.

She waited, curled up in a patch of grass until the humans took their flashing vehicle and left. Then she entered the house through the hole that they'd made in the back door. The whole house smelled like death. Her brothers were not there, as she'd suspected.

Not wanting to stay in this den of sadness any longer than she had to, she went to their basket of toys and grabbed a mouthful of them, including her favorite Frankenstein squeak toy, and left. Sadly, she made her way back to the Junk yard.

Sine

He watched her leave, his tail still wagging with excitement as he watched her squeeze under the fence. He seemed thrilled at tht sound of a present. After she wandered off out of his sight he decided he would lie down and wait for her, resting his head on his paws.

He waited for what felt like forever to him though it only be a short time before he fell asleep, falling into a spiral of sweet puppy-like dreams. He seemed to snore in his sleep just the slightest, hit tail curled around himself as he was scrunched into a ball, his nose twitching every once and then. His ears were flat against his head and he seemed to look somewhat at peace as he napped

Grimm-

Upon returning, she squeezed through the fence and made her way back to the concrete cylinder that was now going to be her home. Walking inside, she dropped the few things that she'd been able to grab from her old home. Her Frankenstein squeaky, a thick yarn tug-of-war rope and a large, dense beef bone that she'd been chewing on for years.

Taking the squeaky between her teeth, she sniffed out the pup, Sine. She placed the green squeaky Frankenstein in front of the little white puffball, the licked the top of his head to wake him.

He felt something warm and damp touch his head and he shifted uncomfortably as the smell of rubber material wafted into his nose, and then the familiar smell of Grimm, mixed with something odd, a smell similar to decay. This woke him up and he lifted his head groggily and looked up at Grimm, smiling happily his tail beginning to wag as he leapt up to lick her muzzle. Whe he came back down he stepped on the squeaky toy and jumped back surprised.

He looked at it oddly then, crouching down to its level and he averted all his attention to it and poked it. No sound. He growled at it then "I heard you make noise once dont you go silent because i look at you!" He then grabbed it in his jaws and started to shake his head around, the toy squeaking viscously.

Kʟᴀᴜs’s eyes shot open as he heard voices and movements, he pricked his ears and swiveled them as he looked around. The metal doors to a van were opened and the lanky human from earlier appeared, a low growl shuddered in his chest as he watched the human reach for the door to his cage. Suddenly a wire was wrapped around his neck and maw; he yipped and started struggling against the wires. He was pulled out of the cage as he fell to the ground with a yelp. He got to his paws and struggled again but was kicked sharply causing him to yelp in pain. “Walk, you mutt.” muttered the lanky human, Klaus growled and pulled against the wire, snarls filling the air. Twisting his head around suddenly, he sunk his teeth into the man's leg. A sharp yell filled the air, as the human dropped the stick holding the wire and tried to pry the pup's teeth off of his ankle. Even though Klaus was still a pup, him being a Tibetan mastiff caused him to be abnormally large for a puppy. Plus, he had the attitude to match. The male ripped his jaws from the lanky boy's leg, and then took off in a lope, dragging the stick with the wire around his neck with him. Serves him right. the mastiff thought spitefully, causing a chuckle to rumble in his chest and escape his maw.

Grimm-

She couldn't help but laugh at the pups antics. His effervescence improved her sour mood. Once the pup took a break from killing the toy, she grinned at him, her massive tail swishing back and forth. "That used to be my brother Happy's favorite toy. I'm sure he'd love for you to have it."

Though she kept the smile plastered on her face, the mention of her brother brought her down again. Where were they? Hopefully safe. Neither of them were ill tempered. She had always been the feisty one. Maybe they already found a new home. Yes. That's what she would tell herself. They already found a new home and were happy.

Settling down, she grabbed up the big old beef bone and began to chew upon it, losing herself in the sound and feel of teeth scraping on the object. Apparently this was to be her home now. Or at least, for the time being. Maybe the humans would come and make them leave. Until then, however, this is where she would stay.
