Koda wagged his tail with pride, it being part of his puppy-like nature. "You're welcome!" He said, beginning to get up to head off again, when she spoke up. "Uh... share? R'ya sure? I mean I did get it for you, it bein' my job 'n' all... But, if you insist." He said, setting himself back down and starting on his half. He tried his best to chew the soft flesh, smiling at the nice taste of the fresh rat. "Juicy." He commented with a wag of his tail, then looked around as he finished up the last parts of it. He got back to his feet, glancing up at the blue sky. "Nice day~" He commented in a sing-song tune, licking off his messy mouth and then shaking out his fur.

Cricket

Cricket trotted down the dark alleys, taking in all the sights and smells. He had joined the pack for a reason, he like the idea of being needed and protecting those who needed it. He sighed. Life was going to be tough though, but it was never going to easy! He walked on some more, past a butchers he regularly visited. The owner had taken a liking to him, so every day at the same time, Cricket would bark at the back entrance. He grinned at the thought of a nice hunk of meat, and licked his lips at the thought of it. He let a deep, rumbling bark escape into the morning fog, and waited patiently. Within a few moments, the butcher had arrived. He was a fat man, with a tiny black mustache curling across his face.
"Ah, look! It's the little doggy. You want the scraps, no?" Cricket jumped into the air in excitement, his fluffy fur swishing. Once he had landed, he put a paw up in begging position...and waited.
"Well, here you go, my little friend!" The butcher threw a couple of bones and hunks of meat out of the door. Cricket barked his thanks, and trotted off to the pack, his prize in his mouth. A seagull flew down and skidded around the floor, attempting to peck bread off the floor. Cricket watched it warily, and continued forward, back to the safety of the tip...

♥ Morgianne tought for a moment, wagging her small tail. "We could look if there is any big car or maybe there is abandoned building. I mean, this is a big junkyard." She twitched her ear. "Have you explored this yet?" She glanced around, showing him what was she thinking. In waiting for response, her tail relaxed, not wagging anymore. Morgianne was breathing calmly, and then she remembered that mouse is still lying where she left it. She went back and picked it up, to come back and wait to hear Jake's suggestion.

Cricket

Cricket arrived back at the dump, his hunks of meat in his mouth. He found a good spot under a car, and began to gnaw at a bone. He wanted to share his goods with someone, but was too timid to ask anyone to share his meal...He was new, others could take advantage of him. But he was going to try anyway! He scrambled out from underneath the car, and cried out to anyone nearby who cared enough for some scraps of meat and bones...

Kito grinned, nodding when he questioned whether or not he really should. "Yeah." She agreed when he commented on the day, lifting herself up to her paws. "Say, I'm thinking it's about time I got a good wash. Wanna come to the river with me?" She asked, inviting him to come. She flicked her tail, a good swim would be nice and fun, it'd also get her all clean. Kito didn't mind dirt but didn't want to be filthy, as long as she looked decent she was okay. She didn't care if there was mud on her pelt, but knew that she was due for a good wash. Besides, it'd be fun if she turned it into a game. They could swim around and play in the water like the childish dogs they were. Her paws fidgeted around, waiting to feel the wetness of the cool refreshing river. She perked her ears and turned around, noticing Cricket near a car, crying out to anybody who wanted some meat. Kito smiled to him as a greeting, but she wasn't interested in accepting his offer, since she had just eaten only seconds ago.

Jake wagged his tail in excitement, "It sure is big." He said, repeating what she had mentioned. He shook his head as a 'no' when she asked if he had explored that yet, "I've been around, but I don't know everything about this place." He said, the wagging of his tail beginning to slow. He was still just as happy, but the excitement turned into curiosity when he noticed some finer details around them. He paused, and watched as she left, wondering where she was going. His question was quickly answered when she returned with a mouse hanging from her jaws. He looked around, checking out piles of garbage. "Hey, look at this!" He yipped, and hopped onto a couch. It looked like it used to be tan, but now it was dingy and old. A cushion was gone and the others were torn apart, and there was a dark spring hanging loosely from one of the arm rests. He bounced on the sofa, laughing. It made him go higher than he would if he jumped on the ground, the sofa was almost like a trampoline. Jake had never experienced something like this. Soon after he settled down on the seat, smiling at Morgianne. He leaped off it to stand next to her, his eyes darting around, searching for any other cool thing there was. His ears, pushed forward on top of his head, soon were held up only loosely and relaxed. His wide-with-curiosity eyes settled to just gaze around, and his tight shoulders loosened. It was like Morgianne had an effect on him, she was calm, so he settled down too. He was still just as curious, but toned his excitement down a notch.

ＡＧＥ: Finnley is about 1½ years old.
ＧＥＮＤＥＲ: "I be female, you idiot."
ＢＲＥＥＤ: Finnish Lapphund
ＲＡＮＫ: Hunter
ＬＯＯＫＳ {ＤＥＳＣＲＩＰＴＩＯＮ}: Finnley is small in stature, she has little paws and short legs. Though is to be expected with her breed, she is long-haired which is not good. Especially during warm weather, her long fur can be a nuisance and in some cases can be deadly. Due to heatstroke. Her coat is soft and feathery, it is dark brown, almost black, her muzzle and neck are a tan color. So is a strip of her lower chest, and her ankles, elbows, and paws.The tips of her fur are also tan brown too. She has a slightly rounded maw, with a black, rubber-like nose, she has triangular ears. She has fine white whiskers on her eyebrows, and her maw, and eyes a deep brown color. All-in-all, this is Finnley.
ＰＥＲＳＯＮＡ: She is considered a head-strong female with a tendency to wander.
Finnley doesn't like to stay in one place for too long unless she has a reason too, it
is in her breed, she's loves to be in constant motion. She's rash, and sometimes foolish,
but hey she's young, having years to mature.She's very friendly towards every dog except
the one's she doesn't particularly like and she will let you know she doesn't like them.
She is also very intelligent and quick to learn and adapt as her breed is. Though, she hates
being yelled at, its in her breed temperament, she will grow irritated and confused.
ＨＩＳＴＯＲＹ: Her history is rather short, she was born in Germany to a family of pure-bred Finnish Lapphund. Don't ask me how they got in Germany, for that is another story for another day. She had three sisters and two brothers, she had to grow up learning to be tough. Her sisters, although girly, were actually pretty cold and harsh. Finnley was the runt of the litter, so her brothers beat her up so she would learn to fight back and be tough, her sisters tried to make her act more feminine. Though, Finnley became a tomboy, she loves to wrestle and get dirty. Her long fur is a hassle to clean though, and she hates it, all she wants is to cut it all off. Anyway, one day, she was given up for adoption just like her other siblings. Her new-adopted family lived in America, so she was put in a cage, and shipped off to America on the same plane with her family. She was happy with them for a year, living the good life, and that's when she let her guard down. Next thing she knew, she was kicked out of the house and living on the street. Why? She had attacked the new baby, even though she didn't mean too, she really didn't understand how it happened.

Cricket

Cricket caught sight of Kito, and smiled. He got up to greet her, leaving his scraps unguarded. He could tell that she didn't want any, but he bounded up to her anyway.
"Hi, Kito!" He exclaimed. Cricket was trying to fit in, and liked to talk...He could talk the hind leg off a donkey if he wanted to.
"Do you know where anyone is? And what should I do with all this meat? I can't eat it all myself! Should I put it somewhere for everyone to eat?" Cricket sat on his haunches, and half listened for a reply. He was listening to the police sirens sounding a few blocks away...

Kito smiled at Cricket, listening to him speak. She gave a light shrug to him, lifting her shoulders then dropping them down. She kept quiet for a moment, trying to detect the sound of someone walking around in which the male could kindly offer the meat to. "I think Morgianne and Jake are somewhere 'round here playing... And maybe Roxie is nearby." She suggested, not knowing where anyone could possibly be. Her ears perked and she turned her head to face the direction in which the siren wailed, the car rumbling down the road which she was unable to see, and only hear. For a moment she fell in deep thought, wondering what could be going on. It seemed that the humans got in more trouble than puppies did.
