Moon darted into the storage den, just beyond her den. Her paws worked frantically as she bustled from one crack in the rock wall to a shadowed crevice on the opposite side. Leaf bundles of various herbs were piled in the middle of the floor, right next to the bulging puddle. The room was quiet except for the steady drip of water that seeped through the ceiling, landing with a tiny ripple of waves in the crystal clear puddle, and her soft paws meeting the rock. She delicately picked up each wrap one by one.

He nodded, sharing his concern about her with Cielo. "I couldn't ever imagine going through birth..." he whispered, glancing over to the heap of fur that lay fast asleep. At least Kol was getting some sleep. "Let alone in a storm with no one there to help you."

The small Delta Male gazed helplessly at Kozmo. Ash bent his down next to her ear, "I'll be back in the morning, ok? I don't think Moon wants me here. She will probably snap at me and say that I am in her way. I hope you feel better," he whispered to Kozmo. "Goodnight."

Kozmo let out a small whine and tried to move her muzzle round but couldnt. Her ears just drooped down.

Cielo nodded in agreement "it's good you were there for her." She smiled and rested her head on her paws. "And don't worry, I don't think males usually go through birthing." She chuckled at her own humour and watched the rain fall outside.

Kats eyes drifted around and sighed. She walked around aimlessly in the storm. She loved it. And she wasn't cold. She was an arctic wolf anyways and was used to snow and storms. Her ears pinned to her head, she made sure not to cross pack territory. But knowing her and her bravery she would on purpose. She looked around to make sure no one was watching, before seeing two familiar figures, Belle and Jesse, as the rain fell gently against her pure white pelt.

Mazi gazed at Vinnian and nodded. "Quite." she flinched as another flash of lightning lit up the sky.

[Maple.]

Jesse continued walking through the territory of the pack they were most definitely not a part of. "Stay close Belle." He muttered glancing around but not seeing much in the heavy sheets of rain. He couldn't pick up a single scent and realized it had been a mistake to enter the territory, they were more lost than before. Belle seemed fine though as her golden eyes glanced up at his orange ones giving him a reassuring smile.

Vinnian smiled slightly when the fae flinched at the noise "don't worry, we're safe in the den." He encouraged with a charming smile to Mazi.

"I know that!" he said lightly, a smirk growing on his dark face. "I wouldn't want to be a female going through it..." his eyes traveled to the sky, a long stretch of lightning slicing across the black clouds. A small orange glow colored the sky a brilliant color. His eyes narrowed in confusion. "What do you think that it?" he asked the fellow guard, pointing with his nose to what he saw.

The small female slipped out of her den and trotted into the woods. She hopped over a lightning struck log, it's inside charred. Lunar lowered her body to the ground, padding up behind the wolf she was following. "Hey Kat?" she said in a petite voice, her ears alert.

Mazi stared at him and nodded slightly, her eyes drawn to the sky where three more flashes of the radiant lightning drew the clouds into glowing light. "I know. It's beautiful, yes? But it still startles me." she looked down, drawing her light red tail over her white paws.

Her stormy eyes settled on Ash, waiting for him to leave. "Ok, ok I'm leaving!" he muttered, disappearing into the night. Moon dropped the herbs onto the cave floor, pushing them towards Kozmo with an outstretched paw. "Now let's see what we have here..." she said not to anyone in particular. She prodded the female in the ribs softly, willing her to wake up so she can ask her how she is feeling.
