Whispering Lights
Whisper yelped in pain as he nipped her. She had to admit, she could smell Sorrow on Thunder. And as she looked, she could see a dark shape by the trees. Could he really be...gone?
She lowered her head sadly, and let out a nicker of grief. Whisper didn't know what to do or say. The only true family she'd ever had; was gone. She wanted to be alone, but she also wanted company. She wanted their company; his company. He had loved her, and she had loved him back. She was carrying his foal! He couldn't be dead.
