Shaded Star
Shade shook out her fur and sighed happily as the spring sunlight soaked into her skin. She flicked her tail and realized her heat had returned, she could have another foal she thought happily.
Clouded Ember
Ember was a nearly a grown mare now, she was tall and lean but still a string mare. Her eyes had remained the same cloudy blue grey as they had been when she was a foal. She knew she would have to leave soon but for now she just enjoyed the spring air with her family.
Mystic ( Not sure what the other part of her name is)
Mystic stood by Con, her son was a yearling now and she had just recently started to wean him. He was growing so fast, she thought with a mix if sadness and joy. He was a had some colt like his father but he had his mothers eyes. Those same gentle, large fawn eyes. She flicked her tail, letting Angelo know she was coming back into heat. She couldn't wait for another foal.
Constantine
Con looked up at his ma, he was nearly to her shoulder now. He was so excited to be a big stallion! He started to canter about the meadow, kicking out at the air every few strides.
Obsidian Stars
Obsidian watched tensely as the strange paint mare worked on Claire. It was odd, a horse knowing about all this healing mojo but if it would save his daughter than he guessed he should trust it.
Desert Storm
Storm frolicked about with her usual care free and joyful way. Bucking and shaking her head as she trotted about the meadow, enjoying all the fresh spring scents. She heard Cauis and cantered over, pressing her nose to her daughters, " Good luck! I hope you find a nice heard" she nickered happily.
Storm of Athena
Athena nodded, her cream forelock falling over her crystalline blue eyes. " I will mother" she nickered, she nosed her father and said goodbye to her little brother, then galloped off and away from her old home.
Noel
Noel rested beside Arwen, enjoying the warming air. He looked over at Arwen and groomed her mane softly, hopefully this year they would be able to have a surviving foal.
Golden Hawk
Golden Hawk nuzzled Rameses, she couldn't help but be shocked that he had survived his injury. Of course they had all helped him but still I was a true miracle. She looked over at Ra, a year old now. He had managed the winter ma dead grown not a fine yearling. Broken was a young stallion now, quite old to still be with his birth heard.
Golden Moonlight
Moon nosed the filly, " It's okay, it will not sting for a minute. Here, eat this" she nickered, pushing some seeds toward the filly, the poppy seeds would help her relax and lessen her pain.
Broken Chains
Broken lay down a little ways from his parents and Ra, his big black and white head resting upon the warm earth.
Ra
Ra squealed and jumped up as high as he could, trying to get a little apple from the a nearby tree. He was so close to reaching it but he just couldn't! He let out a him of frustration and kept jumping.
( Not sure of start of his name) Blaze
Blaze nosed Cinnamons side, asking if she was ready fir another foal. She had been a great mom to Spice and he missed his daughter dearly.
Rameses Armour
Armour nuzzled Spice, he finally had a herd. He was no longer alone, going from bachelor band to bachelor band, all the while searching for some mare to be with him.
Ivory Morning Frost
Ivory scented Midnights heat and walked slowly over, his old bones couldn't take as much as they used to so he rested more often in the little meadow he and Midnight called home. He nosed her side softly, asking her if she was ready.
Mystic Miracle
Miracle couldn't help but felled very relieved Royal was going to make this older mare lead. She wasn't much of a leader, she had her mother Miracle's gentle heart and sweet spirit. She didn't have what it took to be a fiery lead mare.
Platinum Star
Platinum let out a snort and cantered over to Aspen, nosing her hip. It was time she had another foal, Act was getting big and would have to leave in a few months.
Fire Thorn
Thorn couldn't help but feel a little grimly that she had never been in a herd. She had been on her own for nearly 4 years a long time for a mare to be alone and never foaled. She didn't want some sweet stallion who would baby her but surely there must be a good and vicious stallion out there somewhere.
Icy Copper Flame
Copper had raised up her son, Titanium for a year now, the little bay colt had grown into a sturdy and voices yearling.
Snowing on Silver
Silver knew that Fool would have to leave soon, she didn't want him too but he was a young stallion and he would have to go and make a herd of his own.
Frost
Frost was miserable, she had not just survived the winter being on her own and she still couldn't find a herd. Maybe it was because she was a draft? Did stallion not want big bulky mares int their herds?
Raven Wing
Raven nickered for any nearby mares, it was spring again and his instincts where telling him to expand his merger herd.
