At first, Mask was inclined to snap back - for that was her natural reaction - but then Angel apologised, and her anger cleared. Blaze saw the look in Paints eyes, he didn't want to scare the new mare but it looked as though she wanted a foal. He stepped toward her and nosed her side, asking if she wanted a foal.

Platinum watched his herd, his foals seemed tough, especially Skis filly. " She will make a good and brutal lead mare no doubt" he nickered to himself.

Ivory walked a little ways from Winters body, now almost only bones and looked out across the plains. He new he should move on....but he couldn't leave.

Golden Hawk nosed Broken, " Come on, get up" she nickered, nosing him to the milk.

Broken couldn't understand this world, his mother and father had glared at him when he was born, his mother looked as though she was going to kill him and now she was tenderly feeding him. What did I do to make them angry? He though in confusion.
