"So I put my faith in something unknown,
I've been living on such sweet nothing,
and I'm trying to hope with nothing to hold."
Sweet Abandon
Bandy allowed herself to be lulled into a false sense of security as he nuzzled her and reassured her.
"Thank you..." The words slipped past her lips without permission and she closed her eyes for a moment. She knew there were countless others throughout Utasia that probably had the same fears. It seemed to her that no corner had been left untouched by Shetan, whether directly or indirectly.

"This is how I show my love.
I made it in my mind because,
I blame it on my ADD baby."
Tin Solider
Prince cocked his head further at her assurances, trotting after her.
"Ok, so is he 'noble'?" He asked as they came up to Ginger, pointing to Relic with his muzzle. He still didn't know many horses' names, and smoothed over the fact by just pointing.

"This is it boys, this is war. What are we waiting for?
Why don't we break the rules already?"
Shetan
Shetan grunted as Barak fought him and the stallion reared up, his head scrapping the roof of the cave. He struck out at the two a few more times before turning and kicking out at Barak. He spun once again, then leapt forwards past Barak, trying to stomp on either of them as he passed. The black appaloosa huffed as he scrambled out the back entrance to the cave, blasting after where he thought Midian had gone. Having dealt some damage to the elder horses and got some damage dealt, he was going to hunt down the colt in order to eliminate future competition.

"If our love is tragedy, why are you my remedy?
If our love's insanity, why are you my clarity?"
Xanthos
Xanthos tracked her filly with one eye, snorting gently at her reactions. However, it was Galaxy's nuzzle that brought her back out of the cycle of the thought of her first colt. She smiled gently at his first sentence, yet it only reminded her more of the choice she needed to make. She took her head off his back in order to peer at Mayhem, her light smile still present.
"Yes, I think he's yours." At first she hadn't been sure, but now, with the two of them together, they did seem like father and son.

Aryan
Aryan squealed again as Rift went after his ears. The colt dropped his head down low, darting under the stallion with a buck.

Sky Spectre
Spectra drifted closer to Star, a bright idea hitting her.
"Hey, Star," she began, her voice drawling and nonchalant. The yearling feel to silence again for a little bit, watching her father and the colt.
"Do you wanna come with me? I'm going out." She said, gesturing out into the open lands of Utasia. The grulla bumped the other filly with her hip, one of her crazy grins starting to form.

my inhibition's gone away.
I feel like sinning."
Corona Vestige
Worse than Shetan? The thought did not dizzy her as it should've, but rather made her furious. Then were Shetan's actions minuscule? Did all the lives he ruined even matter if there was 'worse' out there? The mare swept her ears back and pinned them to her neck, baring her teeth at Calcifer.
"You're not going to make sure of anything. This is it, Calcifer, last time you'll see me." She snapped, her anger making her voice sound a little shaky. She was not going to go around with a stallion that had a dangerous past. She turned to go, but a part of her just couldn't resist chewing on him a little more and perhaps getting better answers.
"Half of the stuff you said makes no sense. Arrow had been abandoned, how could his mother screw him up then? The only reason Ranger even got dragged into this was because his coat looked like his granddam's. And speaking of his granddams, what of Sun then? Obviously worse things could've happened to her at the hooves of your relatives, so it should be some consolation that Shetan got to her instead, yes?" Her tone was bitter and a tiny bit unsure. Corona didn't even know what exactly Shetan had put her mother through, the mare had never healed enough to tell anyone. Any which way, the rabicano mare was not happy and was also vulnerable in this state. She'd shut out most things besides her own disbelief, pain, and unsureness and had no clue what she would do after this encounter was over.
