"standardbred" Katy's jaw dropped 'thought you were not getting another one of those?' "Katy not all standardbred's are standard like Missy was! No Charm moves like a warm blood and a hanoverian, but she's 100% Standardbred... and i lvoer her every bit!" She explained and walked her mare towards a stall. The bay mare had bright blue floating boots on, a blue combo rug, with a neck extension and 'My lucky Charm' sewn into the corner of the rug where her hind legs was, a blue ear bonnet. blue bell boots on and brand knew silver shoes on. Alex stroked the mare and led her towards the stables, katy followed close behind. She put her mare in stall 12 and stroked her. "Thanks for this Katy" She smiled "You aure theres enough room in the house, I'd be happy to bunk with other girls." Katy shook her head 'there's enough room, but if you want to theres also enough cabins' "I'll think about it" She smiled, however she'd choose the house any day. She wasn't one to spend time with girls, guys okay, not girls.... She shrugged mentally and switched rugs, the mares was braided up with long plats down her neck with a blue ribbon weeved through each one. in her tail she had blue tail extensions, which looked real. She stroked the mare and then placed a thinner stall rug on her, still blue. she removed the float boots, left the bell boots on however and exited the stall "Any guys? other than your brother.. You know i don't mingle with girls" Katy shrugged 'not sure... pretty sure one or two listed up' "Kewl!" She smiled and then stroked her mare. She then went outside and said bye to her mum and then returned to charm.

she looked around in all the paddocks, first to the mares then to all the stallions split up, "Hmm who should i ride" she looked in the mares there was, Nessie, Missy, Bonnie and in the stallions there was, Hawk, Rusty, Hurricane and Tommy, as she looked back into the mares she sees a black horse, she looked closely, it wasent flicka, she saw its very long mane, she walked fastly over to Katy "Nobody has a black horse with mane that comes down to the knee do they?" she looked at her, "I think it might be a wild horse"

As he unloaded Trav, His standeredbred out the trailer he lead him to his stall and un-ruged him and took his traviling boots off before undoing his tail plat and his platted mane it was in little bobbles like when you take them to shows, he patted his stallion and put him in the stall as he put his haynet in there aswell "We will go for a ride later Buddy" he walked out of his stall before doing up the bolts

Skylar smiled as she unloaded her last horse from the trailer. It was her boy, Soul. She smiled as he plodded out of the trailer and stopped at her side. He wore no halter and no lead. She stroked his face and played with his nose before holding out a sugar cube, which he took gently from her hand. She could barely feel it as his gentle, whiskered mouth lifted the cube from her palm. Stroking his neck softly, she turned to walk him toward the barn. When they reach his stall, Skylar stopped and he kept walking, into his stall. She lifted hay into the manger and scooped his grain into the grain bucket before giving him fresh water and closing his stall door. She laughed as she turned and almost tripped over her German Shepherd Flint Eyes.
"Come on, girl, lets go get settled," she ruffled the dog's ears before heading toward her cabin. She hadn't met either of the girls she was staying with, but hoped they were friendly. I took one more look at my stallion, who was watching me leave, before turning and jogging toward the cabin.

The stallion watches silently as his girl leaves him to his food. He wonders about the black mare he had seen(Flicka). He smiled to himself and snorted, taking a bite of the oat hay Sky had given him. He chewed silently still, not used to being separated from his friends, Grace and Elu. He was unsure about all these stallions in the barn. He had never been aggressive really, but being surrounded by stallions made him nervous. But, he continued to eat his hay and then moved on to his grain. He felt the flood of sweetness and knew exactly what it was. Sky had hidden a sugar cube in his grain. He crunched it happily before slurping at the water. He hung his head over the stall door and looked around. He knew Sky would be back later, but he missed her more than usual for some reason. Maybe it was the being surrounded by stallions?

The mare hung her head over the stall door and touched her nose to Elu's in a gesture of reassurance. Grace was older and knew that new places could cause nervousness and was attempting to comfort the younger mare. She smiled softly and nickered softly.
"Sweetheart, calm yourself before you make yourself colic," the old mare told Elu. Elu seemed to calm a little, but not much. Grace sighed and nudged her softly before drawing her head back into her stall to grab a bite of hay. She chewed slow, listening to all the things going on around her. She took another bite and then drank some water, watching the drops fall from her muzzle back into the water bucket. The ripples reflected something that caught her eye. A small bird sat up in the rafters. Grace turned her head to stare and the tiny brown bird and snorted softly with a smile. The bird spooked at the noise and lifted into flight. Grace watched it flit around and then once again land in the rafters above her stall.

The young mare touched noses with Grace and smiled. It still made her nervous with this many horses. At home, it was just them three. She also wondered where Soul had been taken. He was like her brother and he was the only stallion she got along with. She snorted and drew her head in when Grace drew hers in. She looked around, then let out a whinny to see if Soul was near. When she didn't get a response, she began to panic. She whinnied again and snorted. She had slight separation anxiety when it came to Soul. She snorted and kicked the stall door. She heard Grace's words and nodded, taking a deep breath. She stood quietly and took a bite of grain. She missed being in a pasture with Soul and stealing his grain.
