Sander looked to the bird. "You look like a budgie." She tilted her head, "Are you a budgie?"

Azula split it in half with her beak she gave half to Twit smiling "here."

"A budgie?! Heck, no way! I am, in fact, a Pacific Parrotlet- so basically a parrot. I'm only the same size as a budgie because I'm still little, but I'm almost grown up!" Kiwi said stubbornly, ruffling his feathers up to look bigger and more intimidating. "I think I mentioned once or twice to you what species I am!"

Sander chirped happily, "I think you definitely look like a squished budgie." She ruffled her feathers before continuing, "Only joking!"

[Tomori]

Feeling quite upset about being called a loud, noisy and annoying type of bird like a budgie, Kiwi looked away from the female and squawked angrily at her with all his feathers ruffled. "Fine, have your laughs you stubborn, dumb waterbird!" Almost in tears, Kiwi flew away to his tree and nestled in his nest, covering his face with his wing.

"What's going on here?" Ivory asked quietly, the pretty American Goldfinch fluttered down to the two waterbirds just as Kiwi was flying away. "What's the matter with him? I've never seen the little guy so upset before." She chirped, her small golden feathers gleamed as the sun hit her.

Sander watched him fly away before chasing after him on foot. She couldn't fly due to a previous accident. She stood under the tree he was in, "Kiwi.." She began.

Sander watched both small birds fly away, "Sander was having a laugh and I think Kiwi took it seriously." He shuffled awkwardly, "Or Sander took it too far."

[Tomori]

"Don't worry Stanton, Kiwi just gets a little sensitive sometimes. They are both young and probably unsure about what makes them upset... They'll work it out together. Come on, let's go over to the pool." Ivory smiled and hopped along the path, following the sounds of splashing water.

Kiwi poked his head over the side of his nest and frowned at Sander. "I'm not a budgie! Do I look like a budgie to you? What if I called you an ugly, aggressive goose?! It's the same but offensive to waterbirds!" He flew down to a lower branch. "Just warning you- never call a parrot a budgie."

"Your a parrotlet." She corrected, "And they look like short budgies." She looked up, "I'm a Sanderling, they look nothing like geese."

Stanton nodded and walked along the path to the pool.

[Tomori]

"You're just saying I'm a parrotlet because you know I'm still a chick! Well, you're around my age too!" Kiwi screeched angrily. "Stop saying a look like a budgie! When I grow up I'll look more like a parrot, and in a few months I'll reach full maturity!"

Sander shook her head and began to hop away, slowly, towards the pool. "Suit yourself." She called out to him.
