Kink nodded, understanding lighting his expression, but it darkened with confusion a moment later. Why was she bothering talking to him about what to do? Kink was probably the least qualified wolf in the entire pack to go to for advice.
"Um... There's hunting, patrolling, den-cleaning, grooming, napping..."
He listed off several activities that came to mind in the hopes of giving Star some ideas about what might need doing. It seemed like that most helpful thing he could do at the moment, so he did it.

"You can do what you want to do or what needs to be done then." Star smiled at him as she got up to clean her den. "I am going to clean dens." She had to help around too.

Frost was in her den at the far left corner of the pack grounds. She was lonely, but was too scared to join in or say anything. She just laid there. Tired, cold, and alone.

Pop smiled. "Nice try Star pack wolf. Go back home." She got off of him and was gone before he could see her.

Star raised her head again. "Nice to hear you doing well. I am doing fine." She thought of a memory for a sec, then was back to listen to him.

"No I-" Julian realized that he was alone. He sighed with relief.

Pop looked at the wolf as he sighed. She let out a deep silent breath.

Frost thought of how much she missed her mother. But she had passed away 2 years ago. All Frost wanted was to not be alone anymore, for someone to care. But she didn't know how.
