Devil Fire

As both his mares slept, Devil watched over them quietly, watching out for their safety, just in case. His tail swished, and he watched quietly.

The stallion pulled away from the mare his eyes dark and cold. He was not amused by her little joke and it was clearly written on his face. "You know what I want." The stallion said with a gruff snort. "It isn't that hard. Besides wouldn't you like a foal?"

Doe:
Doe stood up and looked around her. She was on what appeared to be a beach. She perked her ears at a forest and walked into it. She lowered her head and started to graze, swishing her tail at flies. She accidentally spread her heat scent. Jerking her head up, she scanned the forest for stallions. Seeing none, she relaxed and started grazing again.
((Its spring, right?))

The young mare opened her eyes as the sun began rising above the hills she felt something soft and warm on her side and looked to see Kachina sprawled along her side and partially on her back she smiled almost wanting to laugh at the filly's awkward position which she must have moved into overnight. She blinked her eyes slowly double checking that Kachina wasn't just a dream before nibbling her ear softly to wake her up not only was she preventing the mare from moving but a filly of her size and age needed strength and that came from nursing.

One of her fluffy ears twitched when her mother nibbled it and it didn't take long for her to wake up. With a yawn she stretched out the best she could whilst lying across her mother and then clambered to her feet whilst she was a little more steady she still felt like she was walking on stilts.Whilst she was focused on standing and trying to work out how her legs actually worked her tummy gave a soft rumble which shocked her and caused her to press her muzzle against the source of the rumble. She instantly knew what was wrong and nudged her mother wanting to suckle.

Her eyes flickered open and the mare raised her head, unlike some she preferred to sleep whilst standing it made her feel safer. She shook out her mane and felt something on her stomach it was a kick from her little filly/colt it was the first sign she'd had of the foal and she hadn't noticed any swelling in her stomach. Although that could have been expected as she wasn't due to foal until mid-late Summer.[/color]

HE woke already standing up and his gaze instantly switched to his mares he couldn't help but check they were all there this was his first herd in years and he wasn't going to mess this one up again.

The Quarter Horse stallion stood up, Having dozed off a little while. He was growing impatient with Seattle, And decided to move his herd further to a larger lake. He nickered to Candace and Kachina, Beginning to Walk towards the forest. Jax then Saw Doe, Nickering Softly to her/.

Candace looked to Kachina allowing her to nurse she waited for her to finish then moved the filly along. She stood patiently with her filly by her side and took a sip of water from the lake.

Soul nodded. {FTB} The stallion stood by her new mare nuzzling her neck and running his teeth gently over her crest and back to groom her. Though she was a feisty and aggravating mare Soul was happy to have her as a mother to one of his foals. The stallion looked at the lighting sky. He had stayed up all night. He looked over her herd his eyes drooping slightly from lack of sleep. She stallion pulled away from Rummy and moved to the outside edge of the clearing. He lay down his eyes closing. With none of his mares in heat he figured he could take a small nap.

The pain mare opend her brown eyes. She expected to be somewhere out in the forest but she found herself by other mares and a stallion. The mare snorted slightly, she had forgotten she had been snaked. Bird stood up, her back legs were still soar but she figured they would heal over time, there wasn't much she could do. She moved a bit away from the herd and stood in an empty space near a tree. She dropped her head and nibbled on the sweet tropical grass.

~Mare ~Buck's Herd ~Expecting (late summer early fall) ~With Buck, Rain & Royal

The shy nokota mare opend her eye. Her light brown eyes fluttered a bit before she took in her surroundings. Serendipity rose up onto all four hooves and glanced around the small herd that she now called home. She moved a bit away from them sniffing the air for water. When she smelled nothing very close by she snorted slightly and dropped her head to graze on the grass. She was getting thirsty and when the rest of her herd was up Serendipity figured it would be okay for her to go off and look for some water.

[Catastrophic]

Rummy snorted softly she wasn't feeling too tired as she had napped through most of the day but took the chance to wander from the herd. She walked into the forest intending to return but enjoying her freedom whilst it lasted.

The mare looked back at her sleeping herd. Bird figured it would be okay if she went walking around a bit. She wouldn't try to run just to have some of freedom she missed. The mare raised her head and walked deeper into the woods looking over her shoulder to make sure that she could just see her herd through the tropical leaves.Bird was happy to be out again now that she had a chance. The mare whinnied a bit reared and slamming her hooves down against the ground. She wasn't too worried about stallions. Her heat scent was gone leaving her as a claimed mare making her useless to any stallion but Devil

Laying in the soft grass as she slowly woke up, the first thing she saw as her golden eyes flickered open was Buck standing there, watching his herd. Royal lifted her head slightly to shake her mane from her face before standing up, realizing the other mares were still sleeping.
