Piper's neck fur went up as she heard a scuffling behind her. She spun around quickly to see another dog sniffing through the debris. Well, looks like she found other dogs. She looked behind her as another dog spoke. "I'm Piper.." she mumbled, then turned back to the other dog, tilting her head to the side. She padded wearily over to this new dog, forgetting about the last one she saw. "Uh... hello?" she called out, not wanting to come too close. It might have found food, and she was starving.

Trix looked up. "uh...Hi....I'm Trix." He introduced himself before going back to his searching. "I'm looking for those human food holders. I'm hoping the earthquake from ages ago broke them open, unless some other dog found them first and ate all the food." He lifted his head and turned to Piper. "Wanna help me?" He offered. "The more paws the better..."

Piper wagged her tail, stepping forwards until she was hovering over Trix. "Sure!" she woofed. "I'm Piper, by the way!" She stuck her nose in the debris. "Do you know what exactly happened here?" she asked

Trix wagged his tail. He licked his lips before returning to sniffing. "No, I don't know what happened." He said while he worked. "All that I know is that the earth shook and made the buildings fall down. The buildings haven't stood up yet because there are no humans, which, is a great relief." He woofed.

Mystery heard too dogs talk while they looked for something. She slowly padded over, hoping that they had found food and would kindly give it to her. She was astounded at what Trix was saying about humans. "You're glad they went!?!?" She chocked, not believing her ears.

Piper looked as the other dog came up, then turned back to Trix. "I used to be a loved family pet. I have a feeling my family is safe, but I know they can no longer be with me. So instead I wander, hoping they will soon return."

Mystery huffed. "Iwas and still am a loved family member. I'm not sure about pet...I trained my humans rather well you know."

Trix's eyes widened. "You like humans? But....but...they're pure evil!" She protested, baring his teeth at the memories.
