He kept his head low. "Yes, my last herd was taken by humans." He said curtly. "Many foals were born and raised with me, but they were all taken away" He sad blankly, he wasn't terribly said, he didn't care for mares more than he should. He walked up behind her, nipping at her right flank.

*Catalyst*Lone*Mare*4*

She nickered surprised and stayed where she was, cautiously watching the stallion. he had impressed her enough to have her stand and watch him. She whinnied at him, she held her head high and her tail higher, not wanting to show him that she was in the slightest big impressed.

"I see, I never really had a herd, sure I had the one I was born in but I have never joined another herd once I was kicked out of my birth herd." Dream nickered, giving Zodiak a small kick and speeding up to a trot once the stallion nipped her.

Dusk huffed when he saw standing, but glad that she was standing in one place now. The gray and white stallion moved into a slow canter, moving in a circle around her and studying her carefully. After a few moments he stopped, turning to face the mare and holding his head high as he watched her carefully. "My name is Dusk, who are you?"

He trotted after the mare, keeping an easy pace. "Ever had any interest in a herd?" he said lowly, it was hard for him but he ran with his head lowered and his ears flat, he nipped her once more, steering her toward the lake.

*Catalyst*Lone*Mare*4*

She held her head high as she faced him. "My name is Catalyst" She let the wind blow her scent in the direction of the stallion, she whinnied.

~Phantom's Spirit~
The pure white stallion could do nothing but hope that the other mare he had called to was coming towards them, at least now, for he could only focus on the mare infront of him at the moment, and then he would go after the other. He trotted a quick circle around the dapple gray mare, his nostrils flaring as he took in her scent, and nipped lightly at her right flank before coming infront of her again. "I am no fool. You do not have a herd, there are not yet any herds around this area, and besides, you do not contain the scent of any other horses. You're obviously on your own, so why not join me?"

"No, not really," Dream snorted, having the urge to bolt but she was going to wait for a bit before trying to run. She blinked and turned towards the lake where Zodiak wanted her to go, looking around carefully as she trotted over to the lake, her head low as she moved.

Dusk gave the mare a slight nod, taking a few steps towards her when he caught her heat scent again. "You don't seem to be in a herd, so it looks like you are with me now." he nickered lowly, even if the mare did have a herd he would still take her, but if she was alone he just wouldn't have to worry about an angry stallion coming over for trying to steal a mare.

Destiny was now impressed. "Alright" she said softly. The mare began to canter down the hill. "You wanted to get the other mare right?" As soon as she hit the bottom of the small green hill she sniffed the air. The other mare wasn't too far off.

"Well you better get interested" He grunted and stood up to his full height once they reached the lake. He whinnied hoarsely, warning other stallions to stay away.

*Catalyst*Lone*Mare*4*

She blew air out of her nose loudly. "You cant just snake me away" she grunted and backed a couple steps away.

"Well what if I don't want to be interested?" Dream snorted, stepping back and lifting her head, trying to make herself taller even though she was short compared to the stallion. She looked around again for perhaps a place she could escape to, her scented tail flicking.

"Yes I can," Dusk nickered as he stepped closer to the mare, lowering his head as he grew closer. "I'm trying to start a herd and I want to start it with you." he added, his ears pinned as he moved into a trot, nipping at Catalyst and telling her to move as well.

The pure white stallion could not help but feel simply overjoyed at the fact that she agreed to stay with him, and she was accepting of him already wanting to gain another member of his herd as well. Quickly cantering after her, he bobbed his head up and down yes in response to Destiny's question, before letting out another loud, long nicker to the mystery mare(Shay). He nipped at Destiny's heels to make sure she kept up with him and didn't try to run off, directing his mare into the direction that the other mare's scent was coming from.

"And if I disagree?" she pressed, kicking her hind hoof at him before starting in a slow trot.

He dipped his head again, "then I suggest you get interested, because you aren't going anywhere" he nickered, stamping his hooves and letting out another loud and wild cry to ward off other stallions. "And no one would want to tangle in a fight over you with me" he snorted, nipping at her flank again, telling her to follow him as he trotted toward a canyon, "You will be apart of my herd" he whinnied loudly, calling out to females.
