((Accepted C: I don't mind if you make a female, have as many wolves as you can handle! Maned wolves are one of my favorites as well. Some RP's I join don't allow them so it's always nice when I get to use my Ruben. I love roleplays like this as well! There aren't enough of them! Anyone I start up now I always make sure that it's an all sexualities C:))

Ruben's nose twitched as he felt a bug land on his muzzle. Shaking his head free of the pest, he finally decided to stand up once again. Padding over toward the edge of camp he sighed as he slipped into the dense foliage of the woods. He was heading to his usual spot that he went to when he wanted time away fr the pack. His spot would be the waterfall an he was excited to dip his paws in the cool water. It was still morning but the afternoon wasn't far away and he hoped that the area wouldn't be too busy.

Autumn
Healer / Single / Alone / Feeling Fatigued

Autumn padded her way over towards the pack, looking for a spot to rest and relax on. She still hadn't recovered from travelling so long without sustenance or much sleep. With a small yawn, she laid herself on a flat slab of Granite and shut her eyes to take a short doze.

Cree
Hunter / Single / Alone / Feeling Focused

Cree had gotten up early that morning and had set out early to hunt for something good. Though he was on his own and knew catching something large by himself would probably be impossible, he thought that there may have been small game he could snag for himself and to impress the pack. He caught the scent of foxes and set himself on the hunt.

♪ Foster slowed as he reached a waterfall flowing down into a river, hopping along the stones as he traveled along them with ease. His long legs took him across the river and under a cluster of leaves leaning over the river. The water was cold, but clean and clear and he could use a drink. Foster leaned down carefully, and hoped no one would mistake him for a fox. Down at this level he looked just like one, as he folded his legs under himself. His tail wrapped around himself, and Foster looked up for a second to make sure no one was there. He stood slowly, trotting over to the tree before plopping back down and letting his legs stretch. Several birds flew away and there was even a bunny that scampered away, but Foster paid no mind to them and closed his eyes, breathing out heavily. Days of traveling had lead him here, and it was a beautiful place. ♪

Ruben eventually made it to the waterfall an he was totally tired. He wasn't one that engaged in a lot of physical activity and he mostly sat around camp all day. With aching paws he padded over to the flowing water and dipped his forepaws in. The water was cool and he was thankful for that, it seemed that the water sucked away the tension in his limbs. He closed his eyes as he tilted his head toward the sky and drunk in the peacefulness of the area. This was probably the first day that he has relaxed in ages and he wasn't too keen on leaving soon.

♪ Lifting his head at the sound of paws hitting the ground and then water sloshing drew Foster out of his daydream. He should have picked up the scent of another wolf, but his nose wasn't the best, and he was distracted. Foster looked around and his eyes landed on another wolf standing in the river. He slinked back into the shadows and prayed his scent didn't reach the other wolf. He tried his best to keep quiet, but a few leaves crunched, Foster hoping the male couldn't hear the sound over the rush of water. He breathed out heavily, and was overjoyed once he calmed enough to realize the brute was a maned wolf like him. Foster quietly padded out from under the tree, head low as he tried to show he wasn't a threat, but cautious. "Hello?" He called out, stopping at the water's edge. ♪

Ruben perked his ears averted his eyes infront of him as he heard someone speaking. The voice caught him by surprise as he hadn't registered anyone around when he first appeared. Quickly getting to his paws, he backed up a little as he ears now started to flatten. "Who are you?" He asked a little nervously. He really hadn't expected to have the whole place to himself, but he hoped that others would stay out of his way. His heavily scarred body started to itch willing to get away from this stranger.

Foster was a bit suprised by how straight-forward the brute was, and quickly stood a little straighter, smiling a little. "My name is Foster, I didn't mean to scare you. Sorry for any troubles I may have caused you." He apologized, bowing his head in respect. Foster was honestly prepared to be attacked at first, but this brute seemed nice enough, not likely to attack him. Foster's tail swished side to side as he sat on a large stone by the bank, cocking his head to the side sheepishly and widening his smile.

Autumn
Healer / Single / Alone / Feeling Fatigued

Autumn tossed and turned from nightmares and eventually conceded to the fact she wasn't going to be getting any sleep. She shook out her steel coloured coat and ambled out of camp deciding to try out the cliff edge for peace and quiet. As she padded along and began to climb up to it, her mind was filled with different things that had happened and could possibly happen, not really thinking about if there were other wolves or even stopping to enjoy the scenery. When she reached the top, she looked out over the landscape and at the other wolves whom she now lived with but never met. With a sigh, she laid at the edge and gazed down below.

Cree
Hunter / Single / Alone / Feeling Focused

Cree padded around the hunting grounds, following his nose and looking for prey. He had been mildly successful with a small rabbit and a squirrel though the squirrel was more of a plaything than food. He caught the scent of a badger and shot off without anymore warning. When he paused, he saw a buck hare staring at him. With a shot, he snagged it and added it to his kill pile. After eating the squirrel, he decided to wash off his bloody muzzle in the lake before bringing the rest back to the pack.

Leo kept his eyes and ears alert even though his mind wandered elsewhere. He thought about all of the wolves thy have recently joined his pack (with the exception of Ruben) and how none of them truly knew each other. Maybe I should hold like a gathering of some sort. He thought as he kept looking out at the borders. He was almost half way through his round and he couldn't wait to get it over with do he could sleep.

Ruben let his gaze drift to the ground as Foster talked to him. He had a feeling that he wasn't going to hurt him, but he still wasn't about to trust him fully. "I'm Ruben." He mumbled before continuing, "Why are you here anyway?" He asked, backing away a little bit more just in case he said here to attack.

Foster actually giggled (Yes giggled, don't judge!) a little after a moment, quiet and under his breath, because the way Ruben was acting was actually kind of cute and amusing. "I was looking for a place to stay. A pack that would accept me would be even better, if there is one here. I've been traveling, quick ins and outs with packs. None of them have liked me for me so far. It's nice to meet you, Ruben. I promise I'm no threat." He said gently, eyes flicking to Ruben's. He sat calmly, small, clawed paws tapping a random rhythm.
