Naca looked up at Hatchi, and then nuzzled her.

Hatchi nuzzled the older pup and squeaked.

Naca gave a playful mrrow, gently bowling the other cub over. Cubs were vicious to others of their same age, picking on anyone who showed a trace of weakness, which had made her into a strong, well muscled lioness. She did know Hatchi was younger, though, so she kept her play light.

Hatchi whined when she was knocked over, she was a weak and shy cub.
Kimba growled at Naca for picking on his little sister.

Naca snorted back, she didn't do anything, she wasn't even rough enough to be playing, let alone picking on her. Naca nosed her quietly, worried. Hopefully Hatchi would grow out of her shyness.

Hatchi backed up and sneezed.
Kimba roared and jumped on Naca.

(Dude she nosed her. That's the human equivalent of barely touching... Naca was checking her to see if she was injured... )

As Kimba roared and tried to jump on her, Naca reacted instantly, kicking out and snarling at the cub. If this was how her concern was going to be repaid, then she wasn't going to care anymore. "Fine! Do whatever you want, see if I care!" She shouted at Kimba, annoyed that he had 'punished' her for being concerned. Not to mention he wasn't even old enough, nor did he have the authority to punish her anyway. Being a pride member, she thought of everyone in the pride as her family, but if Hatchi and Kimba were going to be all ungrateful, then she wasn't going to concern herself with them.

The cub strode off, annoyed as she went to the kill, tearing of a sliver and munching at it. She seemed to have gotten her father's way of venting out frustration as she batted at the piece of meat, tail flicking with irritation.

(I know, Hatchi is just really shy)
Hatchi sneezed and shivered, she was cold, though it really wasn't that cold outside.
Kimba whined as the older cub strode off, he just wanted to play.

As Kimba whined, Naca dithered, trying to see if a playfight was worth more than being angry... Yeah, the playfight it was. Turning back, she gently nosed Hatchi out the way, towards Magi since she seemed cold, before she launched herself at Kimba playfully, though knowing he was younger, kept her blows light.

Magi smiled at Naca and she curled around Hatchi.
Hatchi sneezed and cuddled into her mom.
Kimba let out a playful roar and ran at Naca.
