Iso pinned his ears in response. "I let my hinds have free reign. As long as they aren't in danger, I see no point in caging them up like birds." As Cowan made his challenge, Iso snorted. "You are wounded from the last fight, the wounds caused by me. This should be a period of recuperation for you. Don't make yourself worse by biting off more then you can chew." Iso answered simply, watching the young one. He had no intention to cause any more harm to the young hart, but if he continued pressing Iso, Iso would have to fight back.

Cowan glared and snorted, his mind a battle field. Reason was having it out with instinct and reason was losing.
Iso had beaten him before,so why was he seriously going to fight a fight he knew he would lose? Cowan shook his head, not in anger;but, confusion. This was not the task of annoying others that he had originally embarked on.Cowan took a couple of breaths and closed his eyes. "I suppose I should be grateful that you aren't wearing my bloody pelt across your antlers." He took a hesitant step back away from the bigger stag, fighting hard to let reason win and back off. He opened his eyes again and gazed at Hazel. "A hind will go where she will... If her mind is made it has been made to stand with you." He snorted and dropped his gaze from Hazel and turned away. Cowan knew if he fought Iso it would only add to his humiliation and he was way out of his league.

Seeing Cowan give up, Iso snorted, turning back to Hazel, relieved. He didn't want to push it, after all.

Hazel couldn't move, she was unsure of herself. Why did Cowan want her after her mockery? She still couldn't think straight. She was pretty sure she didn't like him at all. but, just then he seemed brave and noble, not a fool. She tried to clear her thoughts, but she was still confused.

Iso nuzzled Hazel gently, before he sighed, looking at Hazel. He had a sneaking suspicion that she liked Cowan, and that made him a little sad. However, he wouldn't accuse her lest he was just fretting. As a result, the golden buck gently groomed Hazel quietly, flicking his ears gently.

Cowan wandered off. He wasnt sure what to do. He was hurt, he couldent fight anyone, unless he wanted to get seriously injured or killed. His mood was pretty terrible.He wasnt interested in makeing a bigger fool of himself.

I'm going to make another hind with opposite traits as Hazel and Bree. Just to mix some things up!))


Hazel rested her head on Iso's back. She thinked she might like Cowan, but not as much as Iso. She was torn, confused.

Looks/Reference: She happens to be albino, meaning her coat is white. She has a few splotches of light brown here and there.

Personality: She is quiet and inquisitive, which sometime gets her in trouble. She has a relative small stature, witch makes her often pushed around. She is also playful, and often seems young. Aphra goes with the flow, but sticks out in her own special way.
History: She was born into a captive bred herd of albino deer, but a large storm destroyed the fencing and she and her mother escaped when she was very young.

Relatives: Her mother passed on from old age
Strengths: She blends in very well to the snow. She learned how to stay out of other way (for the most part)
Flaws: during hunting season, she is a very easy target. She is small in size.

Cowan headed down to a stream for a drink. He gazed at his reflection in the cool clear water. He penned his ears back and wrinkled up his nose. Small set of antlers, scar running down his forehead to his eye, ruffled fur. He lifted a hoof and stomped his reflection out. He wasnt much to look at, his personality wasnt all that impressive either, atleast not in his opinion. He let out a frustrated sigh.

Glory watched the commotion from the trees, her dark eyes bright with interest. Cowan? Interested in Hazel? It looked like Hazel didn't totally resent the attention, either. She furrowed her brow in her worry for her friend, hoping she would stay with Iso.
