Together-Stray Dog Rp- Not Accepting

Lark yipped a little, but kept on her way. When she reached the play ground, she walked under the jungle gym and placed the ham there. It's scent was strong and sweet as she sighed, climbing up the ladder to where she slept. Her scent was all over the jungle gym, and she wondered if she could call this for the first time. Home.

[Potato.]

Grey
Once Grey had managed to return to the area both of the males inhabited for now, he again leaned on the trash can and scavenged for some food. Upon retrieving a partly eaten chicken burrito, he took his find and laid down beside the metal cylinder, happily chewing away until his hunger was gone completely. After he was finished eating he wondered if there were any other strays who would happily accompany Ames and him and their journey for food.

Lark regretted now, being to proud as she was. She turned her head, towards were Grey and Ames were. She titled her head back to let out a short raspy howl of 'I'm sorry'. She never thought she would do this, but loneliness had taken her over.

Grey
Grey's ears perked up, picking up the howl. ''Heh, she's sorry now?'' he said under his breath quite cheekily. Standing upright, Grey walked slowly in the direction he had last seen her depart in, in hopes maybe he wasn't mistaken in the fact he thought she was going to return. Himself let out a short bark in reply before sitting down. Now all he had to do was wait.

Lark ears flattened with a yawn. She stretched, shaking furiously. She lept down from the jungle gym and grabbed the ham, her only home she now had to leave " This better turn out good" The she-dog growled a little. Her nub of a tail was as normal as she strutted back to Grey, "Miss me?" She asked with a wicked smile.

[Potato.]

Grey
Grey stood up as she approached, glory cascaded throughout him as he knew he was right in her return. He rolled his eyes, ''You know it.'' he replied back to her comment. In his opinion there was no harm in playing along with the tease. ''Although we both know you only returned because you can't get enough of me.'' Grey counteracted, speeding up his pace to return to Ames. A small chuckle escaped his maw as he traveled. Every so often he slowed his pace to make sure Lark wasn't too far behind, but other than that he didn't say much afterwards until they both met up with Ames.

Lark cocked her head to the side, and she smiled a bit. Her spotted pelt ran past Grey as she leaped into the trash can. "What took you so long?" She asked as if she had been sitting there for hours. She dropped the ham out of the trash can and dug around till she found a old blanket. She then hopped out and some how wrapped it around her self.

Grey
Grey rolled his eyes at Lark. Her actions both greatly confused, and amused the Aussie Mix. His eyes shifted to the other male, wondering how he was soaking all of this in. When his gaze went back to rest on Lark, she had wrapped herself in an old blanket. ''You...have to be the most odd stray I have ever met.'' he chuckled before laying down on the spot he was standing on. ''You act like a puppy.'' Grey added, rolling his eyes once more before laying his head on his paws.

Grey's eyelids started to get heavy, and he rolled on to his side to get comfortable. ''Never would.'' he mumbled a whine tiredly. Grey wanted sleep but was unsure if he should because it might come off as rude. Grey mumbled again, deciding if there was nothing to converse about, he would take a quick nap.
