Grey
Grey padded alongside Ames matching his stride. He kept his gaze forward, hungry-eyed and already scouting for the glint of metal that would be the trash can. The way Ames had spoke of the edibles inside the metal can made his maw drool and his stomach grew hungrier. He could hardly wait, after such a long time surviving on so little, perhaps it would be a dine today in comparison. Grey snapped back in to reality and looked at his company, they both looked so happy wagging their tails, which made Grey's mood lighten a little. Grey raised his snout to scent the air, in attempt to perhaps catch the faint drift of whatever food they were going to arrive to, but all he could smell was still the raw burnt that troubled his nostrils. Although he couldn't determine if their direction was correct, he assumed the other brute knew his destination well enough, so Grey continued forward without a word.

~Emmett Parker~

Emmett Parker smiled and pretended not to hear Lily. He would talk to her in a minute. He looked at Leah, and said, "I can't marry someone I met five minutes ago. I don't even know her really. Now I'm hungry! Lets eat, eh Lily." Emmett gave the fae a charming smile and trotted forward.

~Illusion~

Illusion smiled and said, "Good. You can lean against me if it makes it easier." He walked over and stood next to her and led her forward at a slow pace.

~Mahogany~

Mahogany grinned and said, "Thanks. Hey by the way. You want to stay with me and Illusion. Illusion seems strange but he's just really serious." Mahogany smiled nervously. Please let him say yes! She thought.

Lily and Leah

"But.. Don't you two already know each other? Don't you see her at the hospital?" Leah asked in curiosity. Lily once worked as a service dog,she learned a lot about healing and herbs. Lily replied without looking at Parker,just closing her eyes,"Don't get too cocky,Parker. Anyways,we just found the supermarket,that's where they store a lot of food. Meat,ham,snacks,chicken!" She replied as her mouth got a little watery and her tail wagged uncontrollably. "Come on,let's go!" Lily raced down the road where the supermarket was as Leah followed,already tired and panting.

Illusion smiled and said, "Good. You can lean against me if it makes it easier." He walked over and stood next to her and led her forward at a slow pace.

Akira shook her head. "I can wa-" she started, but instantly fell against him. She whimpered quietly, then walked with him. Her ears were pinned and her tail tucked tight under her belly. Why do I make a fool of myself infront of everyone?! Especially guys I think are handsome!

Ash followed her grin with his own, until she suggested to stay with her and another. He caught the word 'he' and instantly pinned his ears. "I, uh... I don't really do packs..." He muttered, almost inaudibly. He could easily remember his own first pack: it had ended with him killing a newborn and tearing off the alpha's ear. The brute let out another whine and felt his ears attempting to pin themselves even farther.

Ames

Ames continued trotting. A few minutes later he made a sharp turn, but continued at a steady pace. After a few more silent minutes he saw the trash can, When they reaches the trash can, he stopped and nudged his head towards it. "There it is," Ames hinted, "You can get some food first, I am not that hungry because I ate a few hours ago. I might have a snack when you two are done though." He stood there and waited to see what they would find in the trash can.

~Emmett Parker~

Emmett Parker smiled and said, "No I don't really know her. She seems nice, but no, not yet. I just don't know her." he laughed and padded into the supermarket. It smelled like food, but burnt. He gasped and stepped backwards. The place was huge. The food stretched for aisles. He grinned and said, "I think we should make this part of our territory. Which reminds me. Do you guys know how to defend yourselves?"

~Illusion~

Illusion smiled at the fae as she leaned against him. He never realized how much he enjoyed contact with other dogs. Mahogany tried to leave him alone in terms of touching, because she knew how it startled him. But this, this was nice. He liked the fae leaning against him, feeling her warmth, hearing her breath, listening to her. He chuckled and said, "Don't be afraid. I won't let you get hurt." He looked at her, why was she so nervous, and scared. Was he that scary. He had to work on that.

~Mahogany~

Mahogany looked at Ash curiously. She smiled and comforted him, "I wouldn't call us a pack. Were just an odd pair. He rescued me you know. Some mean brute was trying to hurt me and he saved me. I was so young then, and he was only three years old then. When he first adopted me I was afraid of him. But I warmed up to him. He's a good dad though." She smiled at the memory, "And we wouldn't hurt you. Promise."

[HP Fan]

Before she could bite her lip, she spoke, "I'm not afraid, just embarressed." She told him quickly. She didn't want him thinking she was afraid, a sign of weakness: then again, shewasnt all that sure that embarresment was any better. She let her tail untuck, but still hang behind her, and her ears return to their normal floppiness.

Grunting, Ash looked away. He felt his ears slowly pinning against his head as the pup- she was at least a year younger than him, a pup in his eyes- told of a bit of her past. "I'm sorry you have been treated so terribly by others, especially males: the ones like that ruin the image of other males, the good males." He said, passion exploding within his deep voice. He turned to look at her fully. "I have quite a short temper, and my past has made me a monster, and I must admit that I have killed quite a few of my kind, forced by a human. It is not me I am worried about." He said, before casting his whole head away and to his paws. His voice had no longer been filled with passion. Only greif, humiliation, and shame towards himself.

Chiquita- talking to Kodi/Kodiac

Well that went well Chiquita thought sarcastically. Now Kodi thinks I am some vicious dog. Chiquita might act tough, but she felt horrible about what she just did. Kodi was just trying to be friendly, and she almost attacked her! Chiquita did not know what to do. She decided just to day her thoughts, it would make things better. "Sorry about that," she nervously looked at the ground and avoided eye contact as she spoke. "I am very defensive of my food, you see, uh, I didn't mean to be rude. It's just after the fire, I have been stressed out about food. I am already very defensive of my food already. Please forgive me even though I don't deserve it." After a short pause, she decided to introduce herself. "Oh and by the way my name is Chiquita."

Ames- talking to Sam and Grey

(Sorry I took so long to respond, I had to eat dinner.)

Ames looked at Grey as he walked away from Sam. As he lied on the ground, Ames decided to take matters in his own hands; he was pretty good at meeting new dogs; although, he would never admit it. He said, "Let me go talk to him, then we can go to the trashcan." After a pause he asked, "I am going to invite him to join us."

Ames walked slowly to Sam. He smiled, trying to seem friendly. "Hello," Ames began, "My name is Ames and Grey is over there," he tilted his head towards Grey and sat down. "I recently found a trashcan with plenty of food in it. I just invited Grey to it and you are welcome to join us if you wish." He stopped, allowing the dog to think then continued, "If you want you can just eat at the trash can and return here, but you are welcome to join us if you wish."

Kodiak (to Chiquita)

"It's no problem. I'm the same way. I actually surprised myself back there by deciding to share," he replied. ((Kodi's a guy, by the way. xD)) "So, are you in a pack at all?" he asked, his left ear swiveling toward a small thud, which turned out to be only a bird landing in a nearby pine.

Nellie

She patrolled the mall, hoping to find traces of another animal or maybe even a human. But.... nothing. Only empty stores. Luckily, some of these shops had food in them, mostly sweet-tasting food. Hey, anything works, Nellie thought. Perhaps I should take some food to other locations. That way, there's a higher chance that another dog will find it. She nodded to herself and decided to set her plan into motion later.

"Ladies first?" Lark chuckled under breath as she raised a eyebrow at the trash can.

((Is one those she can just tip over, or does she have to climb in? And sorry not Sam i mean Lark! Stupid me!))

Grey
Grey nodded to Ames and padded up to the metal can, tongue rolling lazily out of the side of his maw in a relaxed fashion. He overheard Lark make her comment and sought the opportunity to use his teasing nature. ''Usually that would be the case, too bad there isn't any ladies here.'' he replied grinning sheepishly at the female. Shaking his coat, Grey hopped up, using the can to support his weight as he lay his front paws on the can's edge and leaned. Using the tip of his snout, Grey shoveled through the thrown away trash, seeking anything that was edible. Upon finding a few scraps of beef, he carried his small feed away and laid down, scoffing it down. After he had ate, the male sat up and eyed the trash can again, his hunger still wasn't satisfied but he would wait until Ames and Lark ate some before he went for seconds; it was fine for him to under-eat these days, he had gotten used to the feeling.

Lark rolled her eyes and easily jumped into the can. She landed with a thud, she looked around spotting a whole ham. She grinned snapping it up and leaping out, "Now who's talking?" She chuckled putting the ham down taking large bits out of it.
