Emmett laughed and followed the two dogs joyfully. His paw pads padded at a soft light beat. He grinned and picked up the pace. His tail lightly hit Leah over the head. He chuckled and leaned back, "So. You don't talk to stray dogs you don't know, but you call out asking if anyone is there?" He scratched his ears lightly and grinned, "Or is it just me? He grinned and rolled over, showing his stomach. " Am I really that attractive?" He rolled out of hitting distance and chuckled, and it was clear that he was enjoying himself.

~Illusion~

Illusions eyes snapped wide open and he stumbled backward. He then went on defensive and quietly whispered, "Whose there?" He sniffed. Not Mahogany. He walked over to the fae, but refused to get too close, but the scent seemed eerily familiar. Like one he had smelled on a cold box long ago. She seemed harmless enough, but she could be waiting to leap, and fight to the death. He might win, and he wouldn't go down without a fight. He stared suspiciously, "If you want to hurt me, I know you're there."

~Mahogany~

Mahogany stepped forward instinctively, her tail wagging and eyes glowing, then froze. What had Illusion always told her? She could hear his deep voice now, Remember, trust no one you don't know. They could be an enemy. She rolled her eyes. Illusion was just too suspicious, but something told her to listen to his fatherly advice. She smiled at the dog and said in her pretty feminine voice, "Who are you?" Not thinking she padded over to him and sniffed his scruff. He smelled like dust and fire, but nowadays who didn't? She also didn't recognize the scent, but he seemed nice enough.

Lark finally reached the park. It was abandoned at this time a day, Lark climbed up a ladder to her hidden bed. She turned a few times before lying down, to sleep.

Grey
With a soft whine, the brute rolled on his side blinking blindly as he woke.Through his blurred vision, Grey eyed his surroundings and slightly raised his snout to scent the air. Nothing but the scents of burn, and dust, which made his nostrils raw with it's horrid smell. Grey stretched and hopped down from his elevated shelter, which mostly consisted of semi-burnt wooden boards piled and leaned upon a metal fence; it provided him enough cover to shelter him from the weather, and it's high height hid any food he collected from strangers. His stomach rumbled lowly, time for another hunt for food. Again lifting his muzzle, his sniffed the burnt air for even the slightest change of scent for notice of food nearby or even other canines.

Ames- meeting Grey

Ames sighed. I know that I am not the only creature living on this earth. Looking back, Ames saw another dog that was not there before. He was an Australian Shepard mix and was smiling. Ames thought, he looks friendly, should I confront him? After a moment of thought, he decided that he would introduce himself and hope for the best. Walking up to the dog with his tail up, trying to show no sign of fear, he said, "Hello, my name is Ames."

Chiquita- found Kodiac

Chiquita looked up from her rabbit. There was blood all over her muzzle and face, Ew! Why must I be such a messy eater?. Embarrassed, she licked the blood of her snout and looked at the dog. When she heard him call out to another dog, she decided to respond to the dog but only because she thought that the dog had sent her the rabbit, and she was curious. "I am here. Are you the one who sent me this rabbit?" Again, why would he sent me a rabbit? I just do not understand!

Sam lifted her head, catching the faint scent of other dogs. Her ears flattened as she let out a bark. The terrible flash back of her sister made her sad, and she lay her head on her paws again.

Grey
His ear flicked in the direction of the soft thud of another's paws on the ground, and Grey's curious gaze quickly followed. He saw another male had somehow managed to approach this close without detection up until now. As the stranger, who had proclaimed himself to go by the name 'Ames' approached Grey, he thoughts quickly of what pre-judgment to label this male. He seemed pretty non-aggressive and friendly, two traits that Grey himself possessed. Perhaps we shall get along, he seems nice enough. he thought to himself quickly. Afterwards, he opened his maw to answer the newcomer, ''Greetings. And I'm Grey.''

"Hello," he said, approaching the smaller dog. He chuckled silently as she hastily cleaned the blood from her maw. "Yes, I'm the one who sent it. I smelled you back in the woods and thought maybe you were hungry." Kodi swiveled his ears, always on the alert for other signs of life. "My name's Kodiak, but you can call me Kodi."

Nellie

The fae trotted around the side of the mall until she found another entrance. Lucky for her, this entrance's glass doors were busted. She slipped inside, her nostrils flaring as a new barrage of scents greeted her. She recognized these scents: some were the same ones that humans often wore. Her claws clicked against the dulling floors as she navigated around counters and racks of human clothes. ((Yes, she's at Macy's. xD))
Nellie sniffed again, the many smells of food wafting her way. She broke into a full run, barreling past abandoned stores until she reached the food court, where the smells became overpowering. Her mouth watered. Yes! Food! Nellie's tail wagged happily as she vaulted a counter and pawed open the door to a restaurant's kitchen. She noticed long loaves of bread and bags of lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and other toppings stuffed into a cardboard box. The fae tipped the box over and dug into whatever she could close her jaws around. I wish other dogs knew about this place; there's plenty of food to go around.
When she was too full to continue, Nellie leapt back over the counter and stood in the midst of a sea of tables and chairs. This could be my new home, but first, I'm going to explore all the human stores and see if there's more food.
