Verdenna sat down, flicking her grey tail impatiently. "She used to be a healer in his old pack, if you would like to know." she said bluntly, examining her black nails vainly. The scar of her left eye tingled. "Why are you asking all these questions? Suspicious?" The villainous female lowered her paw and gave Silver a wide, sharp-toothed grin, the kind that you should not trust at all. "Feel free to leave and tend to Shoresetta's new pups. They need food, and I'm afraid theres no kill in the kill pile any more."

ᴘᴇʀsᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ: Hawkwing is a big wolf in a small body. Behind his gentle smile and social nature is a wolf that was scorned and forgotten in life. He thrives on the seeds of discord he strews over others and finds much contentment in watching others struggle and fight over an issue he started in the first place. He has a short temper and although he may seem harmless he is anything but. If his past has taught him anything it's that revenge is a dish best served cold and any wolf that dares anger him may think they are safe from his wrath only to find themselves in a middle of a fight a few moons later.
Unfortunately, He is also very obsessive over things and doesn't appreciate anything being out of order. He has an extensive knowledge of herbs and their uses can often be found rooting the ground trying to find something useful. He tends to mutter to himself often and will laugh hysterically at his own jokes even when no other wolf understands them. Not to be feared though, Hawkwing also has a very loving and caring side and that is the side of him that shines through most often making it all the more frightening when he does get angry.

Hawks's long roan-colored legs thundered across a large field sending flurries of dandelion puffs flying in all directions. His heart thumped wildly in his chest as his pink tongue rolled out of the side of his mouth as he propelled himself foreword as fast as his legs would take him. His emerald eyes were locked onto his intended target, a small-tailed hare. The hare raced ahead of the long-legged wolf turning sharply from one direction into another, in its vain attempt at escape.

Hawks's white teeth clamped into the hares hindquarters. Crimson blood welled on the hare's fur as the brute snapped his neck. He glanced fearfully from side to side scanning the horizon for any sign of life. This wasn’t his home but by the scent markers he had passed earlier it was certain that many wolves, likely a pack of them, occupied this area. Keeping his ears perked for any sound of approaching pawsteps he scarfed the hare down in a quick and noisy mess. Finishing off the meal in mere seconds he sat for a moment and ran his long tongue across his muzzle.

Ksenia's sniffed the ground daintily and carefully, drinking in the scent like it was a particularly delicious meal. She paused suddenly, frozen in her tracks. From a little ways away Ksenia would just look like another tangle of bushes or a pile of sticks in the field, for she camouflaged well. Slowly, slowly, she rose her head and sniffed the air. The tiny omega smelt another wolf, it's scent tangled in with other wolves from her pack and the coppery scent of blood. Uh-oh. Ksenia was an omega and if this wolf chose to attack her she'd have no luck in fighting it off. She now regretted the decision of running off without the alpha's permission, or Sysco to protect her. She laid her ears flat onto her skull and whined softly, scanning the landscape for the other wolf. The female's heart jumped out of her chest and thumped wildly with fear when she saw the wolf sitting down. He was quite large, therefor he had to be a male. His muzzle was tinted red with some animal's blood, explaining the coppery scent. Ksenia crouched down as silent as a mouse, still watching the male.

A light breeze blew through the land. As it ruffled Hawk’s pelt his thick roan overcoat blew back lightly revealing the softer shades of brown underneath. A peaceful rest in the dull sunshine would be quite becoming of him, he thought. He was about to consider a quick nap when left ear shot up as the gentle breeze blew the unmistakable scent of another wolf towards him. He rose to his paws, his heart thudding loudly in his chest. He scented the air again and came to the frightening realization that the stranger was somewhere close by.
This was probably one of the wolves that lived in this land and though the sands of time had caused the brute to become lonely and desperate for any form of social interaction he was still frightened at the thought that this stranger may get him killed. Where one wolf roamed more would likely follow and though Hawk enjoyed a good fight he wasn’t about to stand up to a whole pack.

“I was just leaving” he called out. “I’m not here to challenge you," he called out.

Ksenia's dark eyes widened. He had smelt her, and he knew she was there. There was nothing she could do about it. She forced herself to stand up on all fours and look the wolf in the eye. Her brother would have been furious, for he was extremely protective over her. He didn't allow her to go anywhere without him. The alpha would have been mad too. She wished she could sneak back to the pack territory and pretend she had never left, but she knew that would not happen. Her brother would appear, first scolding her, then praising her and giving her lectures about the dangers of an omega going off alone. Ksenia sighed and stood on her tippy toes. "Hello," she called out, her heart racing.

Relief flowed through Hawk like water through a powerful river. This strange wolf, this fae, was no threat to him. She seemed nervous and as Hawk watched her through narrowed eyes he was sure that she was either a loner like him or a low ranking wolf in a pack. She wouldn’t tell anyone he was here regardless, he was sure of this.

His tense shoulders relaxed as he sat on the soft, grassy ground. “I’m Hawk. I come from the lands to the east.” He waved his tail in the direction of his homeland. “Just passing through if you will,” he assured the fae. He watched her as he talked. Her light colored fur blended into a swirl of many colors and though she seemed a bit skittish he thought that there was something very kind about her.

“May I inquire as to your name?” he asked cooly.
