I spotted a female border collie with a bad wound. I took one step towards her and then spun around. I just wasn't that type of girl. I didn't help people. I found a scent that smelled like other dogs and headed towards it. What I really needed right now was to have fun and forget about everything else.

Rid
The black and brown dog rushed away from the injured border collie, so I went up to her myself. I cleared my throat. "Are you OK?" I didn't ask her what happened. I knew if I'd been hurt, I wouldn't want to talk about it with some stranger. Instead, I said, "Is there any way I can help you?"

Skye perked her ears at the sound of another dog a turned to face them. I lowered my head a little "I'm fine...it's just a cut" she said simply. She didnt trust others and didnt care much for others unless they got on her good side. She look down at her leg and sighed softly before turning to walk again.
