He looked out into the forest as he worriedly awaited Alexis's arrival, his heart beating rapidly. He regretted ever mentioning his brother's name, as it made him feel sick to his stomach just thinking about what his brother had done. He whined gently and rested his head on his paws, eyes still locked at the wooded area.

When she thought she cried her soul out when Tasche didn't answer she got up and trudged weakly back to the den. She kept her head low and took in deep breaths. He's gone.Forever.-she thought over and over again.

As soon as he saw the white fae he got up and trotted over to her, wrapping his paws around her neck as he licked her face, clearing it of tears. Afterwards, he rubbed his head along her neck and whined, letting go of her as he placed his paws upon the ground, nuzzling her softly.

She looked at him,"He's spirits gone....." she whined resting her head on his shoulder. She snuggled close to him, her tail wrapping around their front paws.

"I was afraid you would say that." He sighed, pushing his forehead lightly to her shoulder. He pressed his paw to her own as his tail brushed her side in a comforting way.

"Where do you think it is?" she asked licking his shoulder,"At least I still have you." she whispered closing her eyes.

"The very after life. Doggy heaven, up there with Mother Moon." He replied, licking her ears. "I love you." He told her softly, twining their tails. "Do you need anything to eat? Do you need to rest?"

She nodded,"Sleep." she whispered licking his cheek. She stood up and smiled weakly at him before walking into the den,"Titanium, I would never hate you. Ever." she added before walking to the back of the den.

He smiled at her, brushing against her side before letting her go. "Nor would I ever hate you. I could never hate such a nice and caring fae such as yourself." He yawned and stretched before walking to the mouth of the den, guarding it as the Alphess slept. "Have a good rest."
