Duke looked at river for a slight second,he smiled impressed with her ability, he turned away from her thinking in his head Wait! what am i doing, Fae's cant be treated like this, i cant be impressed by a fae! Duke carried on running, hoping she didn't see his slight smile, ashamed and embarassed, with his pride slightly damaged, he charged into river knocking her over, he carried on running, he reached forewards and bit down hard on its hind leg, snapping the bone, the baby deer, tripped and squirmed about in pain on the floor, he turned to river and gave her a menacing glare, i cant give her respect, thats what she should be giving me he thaught

She whimpered and whined not wanting to be the alphas mate, she trotted over to Myles, she didn't know what to she has never had a mate, she crouched down a little with her ears pinned back and her tail tucked.

He watched as the fae left, and then he grabbed a large hare. He bumped into a fae and snarled, knocking her over. He padded up to Alpha Rock, but caught a familiar scent . He stiffened and went cold. He turned to the camp, fury in his eyes. ALI! I KNOW YOU ARE HERE! he howled angrily. His eyes scanned the camp, but no sight of her. GET OUT HERE OR ELSE I KILL THE YOUNGEST FAE HERE! he roared, his body quivering with fury. He howled for all males to return to the center of camp.

She stood in the center of the camp, gazing at Alik with eyes full of dark feelings, but in the back of her head it shivered with delight looking at her strong but brutal mate. Hello Alik. Duke glanced at her,then looked away Is it dead? he asked not looking at her, he was starting to worry, what if she did see, what if she tells Alik? im ruined. he thaught. he spun around not giving her time to anwser his question, he stormed up to her and squinted at her searching her face for any clues that she might of seen just the smallest glimpse.
