Whisper smiled then lay down with the hotdog between her paws eating it. It was delicious and fulfilled her hunger. She licked her lips and stood up, she looked over at Sonic and smiled. "Thank you, Sonic." She said to him gratefully. "So, how long have you been around here?" She asked trying to start a conversation.

"Since I was a pup really. Lived with cats once, but found that it didn't suit me." he laughed.

Whisper

"Cats?" She laughed, "I don't think I could live with cats." She said, "I haven't always been here. I was in a puppy mill and then abused by a different owner." She said quietly with a sad look to her face looking away from Sonic. "I have been in this city about 1 1/2 years." Whisper said looking back at Sonic again.

I looked at eclipse"has anyone told you that you are cute?"

Sonic looked at her sadly. "Humans only break your heart, but got good food and shelter when they are near." he said. "I myself have only lived with one human." he said, wincing at the memory. "It did not work well for the both of us." he shook out his fur and looked at her. "Though I don't like talking about it that much."

Whisper

Whisper nodded, "Really you might be the only other dog I have told that part of my past, and I don't see many other dogs much." She said looking over at him, "I'm sorry to hear it didn't work out with you and your human. You might have liked him." She said as the thought of the nice police man came to her mind and she whimpered on the inside. Just what she was known for. She was going to find him someday, she had to. Un till then she was a stray and she had to survive like that.

Eclipse

Eclipse looked at Argo, "No, no one has ever told me that." She said to him, "Well I have to get going." She said, "Ill see you tomorrow, junkyard?" She asked where they could meet. She stood on the sidewalk ready to head on her way. (WB)

Sonic shook his head. "I highly doubt that. Oh well, I guess. He's gone now, along with the only other human who was ever nice to me. Moved to Mexico and left me here for scrap meat." Sonic said, a low growl in him rising in anger.

Eclipse

Eclipse smiled, "I'll see you later, Argo." She said trotting down the sidewalk and then turned going into a alley. She sniffed around and headed towards the woods. Her claws clicked against the pavement as the humans watched her or ignored her. She soon saw the "Highway" in the distant, she was ready to leave the city behind for awhile and get on her way.

Whisper

Whisper nodded, "Humans will only hurt you... I will never trust one again." She said looking at Sonic. She then looked around at humans walking by, she growled softly at them warningly, she had a human, if she found him.
