I looked at her and bowed down. While I stayed down a grin also
came across my face,"Hello Cloverbud. It's a pleasure to join
your pack. Thank you." I looked back up at her and rose to my full height.
Then I looked at Autumn then back at Cloverbud. "I'm happy you've
let me join as Beta." My eyes looked down sadly,"
It's been rough for a while for me. I hope things will be better here." Silently,
I close my eyes and calm down, hoping my sadness will go away. It does not.

"I am sorry to hear you had a rough time at your previous camp I hope you will find yourself eventually more at home here. and no problem I love it when new wolves join my pack oh and by the way there is no need to bow to me I prefer my pack to think of me as...friends or family not superior." Cloverbud said. the wolf seemed sad. Cloverbud instinct was to fix that. "here why dont I show you your new den" Cloverbud said and then maybe we can all go swimming. " It sounded like fun to Cloverbud she hoped it would cheer Midnight up.

☆Autumn☆

Autumns ears perked as she head the footsteps of another wolf approaching. She turned to see a tall but young black wolf walking her her direction. He was considerably handsome and reminded him of her old mate. This made her slightly uncomfortable though she tried not to let it show. "Hello" She said as he stood in front of her and introduced himself. "I am Autumn." she said shyly. She looked the male wolf over from head to toe, deciding her was one of the better looking males in the pack. She lowered her tail as Cloverbud came forward and spoke. After a few moments of listening to the wolves speak she heard Midnight talking about having rough time in his old pack. She felt sympathy for the male but sat there silently, letting the others talk.

I smiled at them and glanced down. My heart
ached from the thoughts of my ex-mate, but I got over it.
"I may go. Thanks." I nodded and continued
watching her."Yeah, I'll come. I'll try to treat you
like a regular pack mate, but no promises. Alphas
should be treated with great respect." I then winked
at her, slightly flirting.
Autumn was beautiful to, but I don't know which
she-wolf was prettier, not that all aren't pretty. It
seemed to look like I was happier and I wished this
water would wash away thoughts or memories of my
old mate. Maybe this pack would be like that. Who knows?

☆Autumn☆

"Hello" Autumn barked to Cloverbud. She did not want to be left alone as she was starting to get bored. "Do you two mind if I come along?" she asked, her blue eyes glimmered in the light as she spoke. Autumn still felt a bit out of place in this pack and felt awkward talking to wolves of higher power to her. All her life she has never had to be submissive as the other wolves always looked up to her. She has little friends and no one to share her thought with. That is what she needs, a friend, and Midnight seemed as if he would make a wonderful acquaintance.

I grinned at her,"I'd sure want you to come!" Growing up, I'd always be made fun of for my kindness, I'd sometimes let animals go after catching them if they were alive still. I continued being nice to everyone, even the meanest of the wolves and we'd become friends. Finally everyone would realize that the 'mean' wolf wasn't some mean and I'd make another wolf happy. I took a step back then flicked my ears, not from boredom or because things were awkward, but because I was listening. "Sooo... Do you guys want to go now?" Thats when it got a little awkward to me.
